| With the process of industrialization and the expansion of fuel use in our country,the safety problem of energy production industry has become a major problem to be solved.In the daily production management of power,coal,oil and gas fields,deflagration accidents caused by improper monitoring of flammable gases such as CH4 and CO occur frequently,posing a great threat to workers and industrial production.In this paper,according to the actual situation of natural gas unmanned station and coal pulverizing system of thermal power plant,t he corresponding gas measurement alarm system is specially designed to assist the staff to check the leakage point of gas station pipeline and ensure the safe operation of coal mill in power station.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages o f various technologies in the field of gas measurement,and determines the TDLAS technology as the measurement scheme.The technology has the advantages of high precision,long life,better long-term stability,remote measurement and non-contact measurement ability.Tongxiang Natural Gas Station was selected to set up an open measurement system,and the measurement scheme of guide rail and high rod equipped with double probe was adopted.After completing the calibration experiment of the measurement system,the monitoring and visual display of methane concentration in the 50m long and 44m wide range of the whole station can be realized;The extraction measurement system is designed for the pulverizing system of coal-fired power plants.Based on the principle of TDLAS,the CO concentration measurement experiment is completed by 4F/1F method.The dilution sampling method is used to design the multi-channel CO measurement system at the coal mill outlet.Finally,the benefit analysis is carried out according to the experimental data of Ningdong Power Plant. |
