With the increasing degree of power grid interconnection,the impact of power system blackout is becoming more and more serious.Due to the increasing seriousness of energy and environmental problems,large-scale new energy participation in grid connected power generation in recent years has brought more uncertainties to the originally complex power system.Considering that the proportion of energy in wind power is increasing,and wind power has the advantages of fast response and less power consumption,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the study of system recovery after a power system blackout in a large-scale grid-connected power system.In the process of uncertain wind power participating in load recovery,the output characteristics of wind power and conducts in-depth discussion and research on the uncertainty of wind power from different methods are discussed firstly in this paper.Afterwards,from the perspective of fast coordination and security robustness of wind power participating in load recovery,different methods are adopted to take into account the uncertainty of wind power,and load recovery models based on their respective theories are established.IEEE-39 bus system simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of different methods taking into account the uncertainty of wind power and load recovery optimization.Firstly,this paper studies the characteristics of wind power uncertainty and establishes a specific model of wind power output to clarify the characteristics of wind power output.For the specific research on the uncertainty of wind power,the paper starts with the analysis method of uncertain variables,focusing on the perspective of risk and the treatment of uncertain variables,and separately researches the conditional value-at-risk method and the method of analysis and optimization.It lays a foundation for the model establishment and analysis of wind power involved in load recovery in the following chapters.Furthermore,considering the impact of wind power uncertainty on load recovery stage,conditional value at risk method is used to describe the uncertain output of wind power.On this basis,the coordinated recovery of unit and load input is considered to maximize the recovery of important loads.To minimize the ramp time of the corresponding units,a source-load coordinated recovery model that comprehensively considering the uncertainty of wind power and the quality and quantity of load recovery is established.On the premise of ensuring the safety of wind power to participate in the restoration,a strategy is obtained to enable the power side and load side of the system to coordinate and quickly complete the load restoration.Finally,an example of IEEE-39 bus system with wind farm is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and solution method.Finally,in order to fully and safely realizing the load recovery under the participation of wind power,the method of distributionally robust optimization is adopted to consider the uncertain variable of wind power.On this basis,the distributionally robust optimization model of load recovery is established,and the dual method is used to solve the problem.At last,an IEEE-39 bus system with wind farm is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the distributionally robust load recovery optimization strategy proposed in this paper.
