In order to improve their competitiveness,designers need to obtain the optimal molding process parameters efficiently and quickly to reduce the time of mold testing.However,large sheet plastic parts are prone to warping deformation in the forming process,which seriously affects the assembly performance.In this paper,through the analysis of a car front window plastic part model,a set of mold flow analysis simulation system is built by using the injection molding CAE simulation technology.The Kriging model of injection molding related process parameters is constructed by using the optimal Latin square sampling method,and the robust optimization design of various process parameters is carried out by combining with NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,and the Pareto optimal solution set is obtained.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking an automobile front window baffle plastic part as the research object,a needle valve hot runner gating system was designed to control the glue feeding time of the plastic melt,and a straight baffle cooling channel was designed to quickly and efficiently take away the heat generated in the injection molding process.Then an injection mold flow analysis system was established to evaluate the flow and cooling performance of the mold design and analyze the warpage deformation of the plastic part The factors influencing the quality of the products are analyzed.(2)The injection time,mold temperature,melt temperature,packing pressure,packing time and cooling time were selected as the process parameters,and the optimal rutin square sampling method was used to carry out the experimental design.The warpage and volume shrinkage of automobile baffle plastic parts were analyzed by mold flow analysis.The Kriging surrogate model of process parameters and warpage and volume shrinkage was established,and the feasibility of Kriging surrogate model was analyzed Variance,Pareto Diagram and main effect diagram were used to determine the contribution of process parameters to the objective function.(3)NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm is used to optimize the process parameters and optimization target response of automobile baffle plastic parts,and the Pareto optimal solution set about warpage deformation and volume shrinkage is obtained.Five sets of solution sets are verified and compared with the actual simulation CAE analysis,and the optimal process parameters combination is obtained.At the same time,in order to reduce the impact of the actual injection process fluctuation on the quality of plastic parts,a 6-D model is designed Sigma robust optimization design,improve the robustness of the process,through the experimental simulation data to provide guidance for the actual production.
