Study On Custom Bus Fare Formulation Based On Carpool Mode

At present,with the vigorous development of the Internet + sharing economy,carpooling has received more and more attention.Among them,the ride-sharing custom bus can make full use of different residents’ travel needs,making the services of the bus more diversified and comprehensive,and realizing the dual role of service improvement and efficiency improvement.This paper studies the opening conditions,operating modes and characteristics of custom-made carpool buses.Among them,the opening conditions are three conditions:passenger flow,road and vehicle parking.The service targets of the custom-made shared buses are commuters in high-density areas,and the most popular models are small cars with less than 7 seats.In addition,five modes of operation of custom-made carpool buses are studied,namely the same starting point and the same end point,the same starting point and different end points,different starting points and the same end point,different starting points and different end points(first up first down)and different starting points and different end points(first up and down).This paper studies the opening conditions,operation mode and characteristics of the custom bus carpool.Among them,the opening conditions for passenger flow,road and vehicle parking three conditions.The customised bus carpool serves commuters in high-density areas,and the most popular models are small cars with fewer than nine seats.In addition,further research is made on the five operation modes of bus pooling,that is,the same starting point and the same end point,the same starting point and the same end point,the same starting point and the different end point,and the different starting point and the different end point(i.e.,the two cases of first on and then off and first on and first off).The effect of ticket price on residents’ choice of carpool customized bus is discussed.Through the design of questionnaire,the social and economic attributes of passengers and the characteristics of traffic travel are analyzed.The results show that passenger income is the most important factor,followed by passenger age,and ticket price has a negative impact on whether passengers choose to take the customized bus.According to the analysis results to provide reference for the rationality of the subsequent ticket price.Considering the balance between driver benefits and passenger costs,and restricting driver income,maximum detour time,social benefits,etc.,with the goal of minimizing the total cost of all passengers,a benefit-cost balanced ride-hailing model is established.At the same time,the driver compensation coefficient and the passenger travel time coefficient are introduced to optimize the pricing model.Finally,take the customized bus line in a certain area as an example to analyze the benefit-balanced carpool pricing model.Compare the differences and effects of three different pricing models on passenger travel costs.It shows that the benefit-balanced carpool pricing model proposed in this study is optimal in terms of rationality,fairness,and social benefits,and helps to increase the share rate of carpooling customized buses.
