| With the continuous innovation and upgrading of bridge construction technology in our country,steel bridge has been more and more widely used because of its light weight,high stiffness,high strength,beautiful shape,strong spanning ability and other characteristics,among which steel bridge deck pavement is a very key technology,and has also become a hot topic of discussion.At present,the asphalt pavement which is widely used at home and abroad usually has some damage phenomena such as peeling,cracking,pushing and bulging before reaching the design service life.With the development of steel deck pavement technology,the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement with high strength and better durability is increasing.In this paper,a new type of self compacting hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement system is proposed.In order to study the application effect of self compacting hybrid steel fiber concrete on steel bridge deck pavement,the physical and mechanical properties of self compacting hybrid fiber concrete were tested,and the finite element model was established to analyze the mechanical performance of self compacting hybrid steel fiber concrete pavement structure.Finally,the fatigue failure of steel bridge deck pavement under repeated vehicle loading was analyzed The main research contents and results are as follows(1)Based on the theoretical analysis of steel fiber reinforcement mechanism and steel fiber hybrid law,five kinds of steel fiber reinforced concrete test blocks are made,and the strength and deformation properties of the optimal single amount of steel fiber reinforced concrete under the same mix proportion are compared and analyzed.Finally,it is confirmed that the two kinds of steel fiber can show good workability and mechanical properties when they work together.(2)Based on the orthotropic slab system,the finite element model of self compacting hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement structure is established.The maximum longitudinal and transverse tensile stress,the maximum longitudinal and transverse interlaminar shear stress and the maximum deflection of pavement and orthotropic plate under the action of traffic load and horizontal force are analyzed respectively,and the "most unfavorable load position" which is most likely to cause the pavement and orthotropic structure damage is found out,which provides a theoretical basis for the fatigue load test in the future.(3)In order to study the ability of the steel deck and the pavement to work together and the service life of the whole pavement system,the fatigue test of the self compacting hybrid steel fiber pavement system was carried out based on the composite beam fatigue test model,and the performance of the new structure was compared and analyzed The results show that the hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel structure have good cooperative work,high fatigue life and strong working ability with cracks,which proves that the self compacting hybrid steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement can meet the requirements of use. |
