At present,China’s iron and steel industry is facing the risk of overcapacity,but for the current bridge construction field,the low utilization rate of steel is prominent,the deep-rooted reason is the lack of advanced steel structure code guide design;As the guarantee and constraint of the engineering design industry,the systematic comparative study of widely accepted norms can effectively ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the norms in China.As area cooperation system is perfect,all the way to learn from European specification,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses is the key to strengthening international competitiveness,based on the above three points,this article mainly highway bridge steel structure design code(JTG D64-2015),the design principles and the load effect combination materials and welding steel structure fatigue design analysis of steel structure bolted content with European standard such as EN1993 specification quantitative analysis and qualitative differences with example,the conclusion can be designed to provide the reference standard revision consummation in our country and overseas engineers,research conclusions are as follows.In China’s current code,the full probability,half probability and safety factor of highway steel structure bridge coexist.The European code uses the half probability limit design method and introduces the correlation analysis coefficient.The subcoefficient is obtained from the practical engineering experience.For load effect combination and automobile load,based on the examples in Chapter 2 and 6,the bending moment and shear force calculated in Chinese code under live load effect are less than those calculated in European code,with a difference of about 8%.The load effect combination of the main girder bending moment and shear force calculated in China’s code are less than the European code,the difference is about 18%.The stress calculated in steel box girder,the maximum tensile pressure of the main girder section calculated in China’s code is less than the European code,the numerical deviation is about 21%.In the steel constitutive model,the European code considers the deformation and strain hardening after tensile buckling,which lays the foundation of finite element calculation and analysis,but the Chinese code has not taken into account.For the yield strength value of the same grade steel,the Chinese standard is generally lower than the European standard,in addition,the European standard has some provisions on high strength steel;The European code makes good use of the ideal truck group and gives five fatigue load models,and the European code fatigue load model 5 is of great significance for the real-time guidance of engineering design.In terms of component fatigue checking,there is no substantial difference between highway and bridge.In terms of structural analysis,structural modeling and structural strength calculation have the same definition and ideas.In terms of deflection limit,China’s regulations are more targeted,but European regulations are more strict.The structural stability design is based on the theory of pressure bar and thin plate stability.For the reduction coefficient of overall stability,the calculated value of Chinese code is greater than that of European code,which is biased towards safety.The stability coefficient of Chinese code is generally greater than that of European code.For the limit value of flange width and thickness ratio,the European code is higher than the Chinese code.In the division of bolt connection,the classification of European regulations is more detailed;For bolts of the same grade,the design strength of bolts in European code is greater than that in Chinese code.In the resistance calculation of single connector and high strength bolt,the resistance calculation value of Chinese code is more conservative than that of European code.The prestress value of high-strength bolts of the same grade is about 10% greater than the value of Chinese code in European code.In the calculation of friction joint resistance,there is a difference between Europe and Europe in the value of friction coefficient.For the calculation of fillet weld resistance,Chinese code adopts the single stress method and the converted stress method,while European code adopts the converted stress method.Based on the calculation examples,Chinese code tends to be more conservative and safer than European code.In the calculation of butt weld resistance,China and Europe have the same idea,and the difference of calculation results is small. |
