Concrete materials are widely used in engineering. The brittleness of materials is also an important reason limiting their application.Polymer modified cement concrete is widely used because of its excellent deformation capacity and toughness.Based on this,a new type of economical and practical high-performance pavement material polymer alloy concrete is mixed with other different emulsions. In this paper, the polymer alloy concrete with "skeleton + pore + junction" space structure is taken as the research object. In this paper, polymer alloy concrete with "skeleton + pore + node" space structure is taken as the research object. The effect of polymer blend is realized by adding two kinds of polymer emulsion with metal alloyIn this paper,5 kinds of new flexible emulsion(emulsion B to emulsion F)are mixed with polymer emulsion A based emulsion, and the first three kinds of waterborne emulsion are mixed with 10% and 20% respectively.30%,the latter two kinds of oil-based emulsion were 3%,6% and 9%,respectively,polymer alloy cement binder and polymer alloy concrete were prepared respectively.Through a variety of mechanical tests and theoretical analysis, the mechanical properties and durability are systematically studied.Through the contrast analysis of cement concrete modified with ordinary cement concrete and polymer with single emulsion A,the influence rule of polymer alloy blends on concrete performance is revealed, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of this material. The main research contents and achievements are as follows;(1)the experimental results of mechanical properties of polymer alloy cement binder showed that after adding polymer emulsion, the compressive strength of some polymers to cement binder is limited or even reduced. For flexural strength, the emulsion B has the best effect on the binder. For emulsion E,the flexural strength of14 d is very high, but the flexural strength of 28 d decreases sharply.(2)the experimental results of mechanical properties of polymer alloy cement concrete show that the emulsion B and C improve the effect better and increase with the increase of dosage. After mixing with emulsion C,the compressive strength was increased by 14.3%,and the flexural strength of the emulsion B increased by 16.3%.With the increase of emulsion E and F content, the compressive strength decreased, while the flexural strength of the former increased continuously, while the latter decreased first and then increased. The 3 dosage of emulsion D resulted in a significant decreased in compressive strength,a decrease of nearly 37% in compressive strength, and a decrease of nearly 9.9% in flexural strength.(3)the durability of polymer alloy cement concrete was analyzed by frost resistance test, sulfate resistance test and dry shrinkage test. After adding water-based emulsion, the frost resistance grade increased and the mass loss rate decreased. The addition of oil emulsion showed the opposite.Compared with ordinary cement concrete, the corrosion resistance of emulsion B,emulsion C and emulsion E increased, while the emulsion D was opposite. The emulsion F decreased first and then increased, and the dry shrinkage strain decreased significantly when the emulsion B and emulsion C were added. However, the dry shrinkage strain of emulsion D and emulsion E increased slightly, while the emulsion F remained unchanged.(4)by scanning electron microscopy,we observed the change of the microstructure of cement binder, ordinary polymer modified concrete and polymer alloy cement. We analyzed the modification mechanism of polymer alloy blending emulsion on cement binder, and the appropriate dosage could improve the compactness of cement binder and improve its mechanical properties and durability.
