Nowadays,the pure electric vehicle industry has formed a large scale,but the battery life problem of pure electric vehicles needs to be solved urgently.The braking system of electric vehicles has become more complicated due to the addition of the motor regenerative braking system.The method carries out in-depth research,which has important practical significance and application value for ensuring the safety of vehicle braking and recycling the energy during braking to improve the driving range.In order to study the braking control strategy of a dual-motor four-wheel drive pure electric vehicle,taking a dual-motor four-wheel drive pure electric vehicle compound braking system as the research object,a method of reverse analysis of the compound braking system control strategy is proposed.Limit the initial conditions such as vehicle speed and SOC that affect the braking performance to analyze the main factors affecting the energy recovery effect and the characteristics of its control strategy.By designing test matrices under different initial conditions,it mainly includes different initial vehicle speed braking conditions,Different initial SOC braking conditions,different brake pedal openings(ie,different braking intensity)braking conditions,test the prototype car,and then analyze the effect of each parameter according to the test results to complete the analytical study of its braking control strategy,And verify the validity of the strategy analysis method and the correctness of the analytical strategy through simulation analysis,and provide control function reference for the development of vehicle control strategy.This article focuses on the reverse analysis of the compound braking control strategy of electric vehicles,and develops the following contents:(1).The structure and principle of the regenerative braking system are described,and the system composition and component characteristics of the target vehicle under study are introduced.(2).Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and parameters of regenerative braking,the regenerative braking test under different working conditions is formulated,and the strategy is analyzed based on the obtained test result data.(3).The simulated braking control strategy was established in Simulink,and then co-simulated with AVL Cruise software to verify the correctness of the analyzed control strategy.The verified results show that the simulation results can follow the vehicle speed and acceleration well with the real vehicle test results under the same working conditions.At the same time,the energy recovery under the experiment and simulation is in good agreement,which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed strategy analysis method and the accuracy of the strategy analysis results.
