Abstract/Summary:
Not only can the rail transport infrastructure successfully facilitate the harmonious and balanced growth of the urban economy and social ecological climate,but it has also been broadly infiltrated and extended to different areas of the everyday life and work of people,which is compactly connected to the enhancement of the daily life of people.The development of a green and smart rail transport system is also important.A new Primary Superconducting Magnet Field Modulated Linear Motor(PPMFMLM)composition is suggested in this study,founded on the assumption of magnetic field transmission of a primary type of pm synchronous linear motor.The advantages of magnetic field modulation theory are fully utilized to improve the problems of low electromechanical energy conversion efficiency,insufficient thrust and low economy of linear motor in long-distance transportation conditions,which are of practical value for further development and research of linear motor in long-distance rail transportation applications.The electromagnetic character traits and consumption of the temperature field of the PPMFMLM are investigated through the analysis of finite element simulation,which delivers the philosophical underpinning for the further implementation of the PPMFMLM in the field of rail transport.In this paper,the work studied mainly contains numerous aspects.(1)A PPMFMLM with a magnetic barrier type structure in the secondary is proposed,and the operation mechanism of the motor is studied and analyzed in depth based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method and the magnetic gear effect.(2)Ideas for optimizing the efficiency of the mot are generated by the magnetic field analysis and motor measurement,the computational calculation of the power equation and the electromagnetic thrust equation of the PPMFMLM,the determination of the electromagnetic configuration scheme of the PPMFMLM and the optimization of the important components of the PPMFMLM with the help of the finite element analysis process.(3)Using the 2D finite element method,the dynamic attributes of the PPMFMLM are evaluated,and the magnetosphere measurement of the PPMFMLM is analyzed to acquire the no-load states that the potential,electromagnetic thrust as well as other motor functional requirements.(4)A 3D model of the temperature field of the motor was developed on the basis of the character traits of the PPMFMLM framework and the acceptability of the system of energy transfer,and the governing equations of the motor were determined.The surface temperature of the primary component in the motor was motivated.The co-efficient of heat transfer coefficient of each motor surface also was ascertained.The temperature distribution pattern of the motor at each time point is calculated with the aid of finite element analysis of the temperature region.A cooling mechanism for the fan is used to suppress the increase in motor temperature.For the study of electromagnetic characteristics and the temperature field of this sort of motor,the paper is a reference.
