In recent years, the growth rate of thermal power has slowed down, but my country’s power generation is still dominated by thermal power.Because of the contradiction between coal supply and demand, the combustion of design coal types in many power plants cannot be effectively guaranteed. In order to increase the range of coal-fired boilers, domestic power plants have carried out mixed coal combustion tests and achieved good economic benefits.Today, when economic benefits continue to decline and environmental protection requirements continue to increase, blended coal combustion has become a trend in coal-fired power plants. In recent years, the blending technology of coal-fired power plants has been mostly applied to bituminous coal boilers for blending lignite. At present, the coal supply situation of the thermal power plants in the Dalian Development Zone of Guodian Power is tight. From the perspective of coal situation and economic benefits, the plant needs to perform bituminous coal blending. For this reason, this paper takes the 2×350MW supercritical lignite boiler unit of the thermal power plant of Guodian Electric Power Dalian Development Zone as the research object, and conducts the experimental research on the mixed burning of bituminous coal.During the mixed burning test, the boiler has a high temperature at the outlet of the coal mill and a temperature rise in the burner area.Excessive tangential roundness of the air flow in the furnace and the furnace caused problems such as the flame brushing the wall. Therefore, the reversal modification test of the air preheater was carried out,and the numerical simulation method was used to carry out the modification study of the burner, and the optimal working condition of the burner modification was obtained.,To provide suggestions and experience for power plants that burn bituminous coal.
