The bag filter with the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency and stable operation,has become the key technical equipment to solve industrial dust emission.Under the strategic background of “Made in China 2025” and “Industry 4.0”,the large bag filter technology has shown a trend of development towards intelligence.Pulse jet cleaning is the core process of the bag filter to achieve the filtration performance of the filter bag.The quality of the control system directly affects the energy consumption of the bag filter and the service life of the filter bag.Because the control effect of the traditional pulse blowing cleaning control method is not ideal,the intelligent cleaning control method becomes the key to energy saving and efficient operation of the bag filter.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.The complexity of the pulse jet cleaning control problem of the bag filter is studied.Aiming at the problems that the control air pressure is high and the cleaning cycle can not be adjusted due to the timing or constant pressure difference control method.A control rule can be proposed.Adjustable pulse blowing cleaning adaptive fuzzy control method.2.Through the analysis of the pulse dusting control requirements and the controllable parameters of the bag filter,it is determined that the filter resistance deviation and the filter resistance deviation rate are used as the control input,and the cleaning cycle is used as the control output to construct the pulse.The blow-off cleaning fuzzy controller can more accurately reflect the operating conditions of the bag filter and adjust the cleaning cycle compared with the traditional cleaning control mode.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the basic fuzzy control rules,an adaptive fuzzy control method based on genetic algorithm is proposed.The method introduces the adjustment factor to the fuzzy control rule,and uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the adjustment factor by using the ITAE performance index of the resistance deviation as the objective function of the system,so as to obtain the optimal fuzzy control rule and verify the adaptive fuzzy controller.3.The experimental software and hardware test system for pulse jet cleaning and cleaning and the adaptive fuzzy control verification module were developed on the comprehensive test and verification platform of the bag filter developed by the research group.The adaptive fuzzy control method of pulse blowing cleaning and traditional timing and constant pressure pulse blowing cleaning control method were carried out in the field to verify the advancement and reliability of the adaptive fuzzy control method.The simulation results and experimental results show that the pulse-blown cleaning intelligent fuzzy controller has faster response speed and no overshoot,and has strong adaptability and robustness.Compared with the traditional control method,adaptive fuzzy control method can maintain the resistance of the bag filter in the ideal filter resistance range,and the stability is better,and the compressed air consumption in the pulse jet cleaning process is reduced,which lays a foundation for improving the working efficiency of the bag filter.
