| With the deepening of the energy crisis and the increase in environmental pollution,electric vehicles are rises gradually.Since 2001,China launched the Key S&T Project of Electric Automobile,vigorous development of the electric vehicle industry.As one of the core components of electric vehicles,Battery Management System(BMS)plays a key role in battery charging,battery balancing and vehicle passage range.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation test can provide a virtual environment of real vehicle,monitor the BMS control logic in real time,and shorten the development cycle.Therefore,the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test is an indispensable part of the BMS development process.Based on this background,this paper takes a battery management system under development as a test object,a hardware-in-the-loop test platform is built,which can meet the test requirements.After the test is completed,that results are evaluated according to the current corresponding regulations and standards.The main contents are as follows:1.Starting with BMS functional hardware and software architecture,describes the realization principle of logic functions,combined with the current mainstream platform test its feasibility analysis to ensure that accurate and comprehensive to complete the test task,and then established this time putting up the test scope of the HIL test platform and the software and hardware scheme.2.The NI equipment is selected basis for the established platform put up scheme,then the third-party equipment and the NI hardware are integrated into the test cabinet.and the equipment debugging before the hardware operation is completed.To ensure the interaction between the cabinet and the tested BMS.Ensure transmission of signals.3.BMS functionality that based for analysis and design software architecture platform,model building of a second-order RC equivalent circuit of the battery,and HIL simulation test model.Use VerStand to import models and develop test projects in the host computer,LabVIEW developing Custom Devices programs,TestStand compiling automated test scripts,and processes signals and data flow during the test in the slave computer with Real-Time system.4.In the end,the platform will generation corresponding test report through a complete test of BMS,referring to the current national regulations and standards for electric vehicle to make the corresponding evaluation for test results.By analyzing the test results of the tested BMS,which will provides a reference for real vehicle testing. |
