With the progress of science and technology,the status of high-speed rail is becoming more and more important.After more than ten years of development,China’s high-speed railway mileage from scratch,EMU technology from backward to the world’s advanced level,China’s high-speed railway more and more makes China’s position in the world.High speed railway attracts numerous passengers for its fast,safe and efficient characteristics.With the growth of high-speed railway operation mileage,the number of EMUs is gradually increasing.Facing the increasingly complex high-speed road network,how to use the EMU composition safely and efficiently is a great challenge for railway staff.At the same time,with the increase of operating mileage of multiple units,in order to ensure the safe use of multiple units,we need to overhaul the multiple units.However,due to the short maintenance cycle and long maintenance time of EMU,the use of EMU will be affected.Therefore,the preparation of EMU advanced maintenance plan is particularly important.At present,the advanced repair plan of EMU is compiled manually,but it is a very complex problem.Relying on manual preparation will increase the difficulty of the staff,and it also needs to be adjusted constantly in the actual operation.Based on the above actual situation,this paper makes relevant research on the advanced repair plan of EMU The optimization method is put forward.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development process of China’s high-speed railway,analyzes the problems exposed in China’s EMUs,puts forward the problems of this paper,summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and then analyzes the maintenance system and maintenance procedures of EMUs.This paper defines the problems existing in the preparation of EMU advanced repair plan in China,and summarizes the factors influencing the preparation of EMU advanced repair plan,including EMU vehicle demand,repair rate,capacity configuration of repair base,repair schedule,repair cost and repair time,etc.,which provides the basis for the establishment of mathematical model.Then,the mathematical model under the capital constraint is constructed and solved from the mathematical point of view to minimize the mileage loss of EMU in one operation cycle.The mathematical model is established with the maintenance funds,vehicle demand,maintenance procedures and other practical factors as constraints.The factors considered in the model are more comprehensive,the fitting degree with the actual situation is good,and the practicability is strong.Finally,with the actual data,the model is verified,programmed with Python,and solved by calling gurobi.Finally,the 2017 EMU advanced repair plan of Shanghai Bureau is obtained,and compared with the manual plan.The results show that the optimized plan has obvious advantages over the manual plan,which verifies the feasibility of this model.Then,the parameter values in the model are adjusted to study the impact on the planning when the maintenance capacity is enhanced,so as to provide the basis for future decisionmaking.There are 14 figures,15 tables and 66 references.
