E-commerce Platform Order Financing Risk Identification And Assessment

The emergence of supply chain finance alleviates the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and with the development of information technology,e-commerce platform supply chain finance model as a new supply chain financial model,the use of online Internet technology to integrate the transaction information of the various financing subjects of the supply chain,the use of offline Internet of Things technology to supervise logistics warehousing,through the capital flow,logistics,information flow closed-loop management,to reduce the risk of enterprise financing.Order financing is a kind of supply chain financing model,compared with the traditional accounts payable financing,order financing advances the financing link,accelerates the efficiency of capital turnover,and can better solve the urgent needs of small micro-enterprises.However,many e-commerce platform supply chain financial business is faced with financing enterprise qualification,trade background authenticity review difficulties and other issues,and order financing there are pledge supervision,pledge material realization difficulties,the platform bears financial risks,is not conducive to e-commerce platform supply chain finance and order financing business promotion.In this context,it is necessary to study the financial risk of supply chain under the leadership of e-commerce platform.This paper combs through the related concepts and theories of supply chain finance.Firstly,it introduces the status quo of order financing business and risk management of case companies,secondly,according to the case company’s order financing business process,identifies the influencing factors of order financing risk of e-commerce platform,again draws on the previous research results,and combines the risk identification results of the case,constructs its e-commerce platform order financing risk evaluation index system,and then uses the comprehensive hierarchical analysis method and expert scoring method to evaluate the order financing risk of the case company,and finally,combines the case company risk management status and risk assessment results.Put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures for the case company.Specific measures include: the establishment of order financing model classification access standards,strengthen the performance inspection of pledged vehicles,the establishment of a platform dealer transaction database,the establishment of dealer reward and punishment mechanism,the construction of the automotive industry database and emergency early warning mechanism.Based on the supply chain financial risk management theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the e-commerce platform,and hopes that this paper can play a reference role for the order financing risk management of the B2 B e-commerce platform in China’s automotive industry.
