| In the post epidemic era of rapid development of artificial intelligence, rail transit is still an important part of modern public travel mode, with a stable and huge number of users.Taking Beijing subway as an example, the author analyzes the difficulties faced by the service in Beijing subway station: some station staff have difficulty answering foreign language questions; The navigation signs in the station have little effect on the illiterate passengers; In some underground stations, the signal is weak and can not be used for passengers’ self navigation; Some navigation signs are small and hidden, which makes it difficult for passengers to find them;Under the influence of the epidemic situation, the station staff faced the threat of human contact infection. When many countries encounter similar difficulties in rail transit station service, service robots have been used in station service and achieved good results. In the face of the above service difficulties in Beijing subway station, the service robot has the advantages of being free from disease interference, working without subjective emotions, high information accuracy and real-time data update, which can make passengers obtain more comprehensive and convenient station service in the post epidemic era and bring better station experience to passengers. At present, the domestic research on service robot in rail transit station is still in its infancy, and the application cases are mostly small-scale attempts. Therefore,it is very important to study the design of service robot in rail transit station taking specific cities in China as an example.Taking Beijing subway as an example, this paper focuses on the research and design of service robot in rail transit station around the theme of optimizing passenger station experience.Firstly, through the investigation and analysis of the application cases of service robots in rail transit stations at home and abroad, the author extracts nine functional categories of the application cases, and then through the functional research based on Kano model,it is determined that the service robots in rail transit stations should include touch screen operation control, information presentation, robot arm action interaction, ticket related services, wireless network provision Mobile obstacle avoidance,human-computer voice interaction 7 functions.Secondly, according to the current situation of Beijing subway station, the representative station of Beijing subway is selected for field investigation, and the characteristics of the current situation of Beijing subway station are obtained. At the same time, the concept of "error prone node" area in Beijing subway station is proposed, and the corresponding construction of the robot error prone node reminder function is proposed. Then, for the passengers of Beijing Metro, the user questionnaire and user interview are used to create the target user model, and the five characteristics of the target users are defined: they are willing to choose the subway as the travel mode in Beijing;they are willing to choose the subway as the travel mode in Beijing; They are not familiar with the environment of Beijing subway station;Hope to get more effective or personalized help in the subway station when taking the bus; They are used to obtaining information through inquiry rather than reading the sign; They have a strong acceptance of new things such as service robots that appear in subway stations. Finally, according to the conclusions of the research on function, site and user, four design principles of the service robot in Beijing metro station are formed, which are safe modeling, function retention, easy operation and combination of dynamic and fixed, and the service robot "Jingbao" in Beijing metro station is designed. The design style of "Jingbao" is cartoon and lively. The traditional colors with Beijing cultural characteristics are selected in the color matching. In the design of human-computer interaction, the interaction with passengers can be completed through voice communication, touch screen display and mechanical arm action. |
