With the continuous development and utilization of fossil energy,environmental problems and energy crisis are becoming more and more serious.Microgrid stands out from many solutions in the form of renewable energy.Multi microgrid system can overcome the shortcomings of single microgrid and improve the economy and robustness of the system.As a key part of microgrid technology,energy storage system plays an irreplaceable role in microgrid operation control and power fluctuation suppression.Due to the problems of high energy storage cost,uneven supply and demand in microgrid and low operation level of multi microgrid system,how to improve the operation economy of microgrid,promote renewable energy consumption,and how to improve the operation control level of multi microgrid system through energy storage optimization has become an important problem to be solved.Based on stochastic production simulation,this thesis studies the optimal allocation of energy storage capacity and operation control of multi microgrid system.Firstly,the stochastic production simulation method based on Monte Carlo is constructed.The probability model of wind power,photovoltaic output and load power is established,and the mathematical model of energy storage considering charge discharge characteristics and life decay characteristics is built.The energy storage scheduling strategy of wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage coordinated operation is formulated,and the stochastic production simulation process is designed.This method can quantitatively describe the randomness of wind power,photovoltaic and load output,simulate the time sequence operation of microgrid system,and can be applied to the stochastic planning and real-time control of multi microgrid system.The rationality of the proposed stochastic production simulation method is verified by an example.Secondly,the optimal economic operation model of microgrid based on stochastic production simulation is established.In order to minimize the comprehensive cost of a single grid connected micro grid system,the capacity of each micro grid energy storage system is optimized,and the weight improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.The optimization objective function and constraints are constructed to generate the optimal configuration scheme of the energy storage system.The results show that the proposed optimal allocation method of energy storage capacity can promote renewable energy consumption,slow down the decline of battery life,effectively reduce the overall cost of the system,and improve the economy of microgrid system operation.Finally,a two-layer operation control framework of multi microgrid system is established.Establish the upper transaction mechanism and make the operation scheduling plan with the objective of minimizing the operation cost of multi microgrid system;Considering the time scale difference of the two-level control,the lower level deviation control strategy and the system internal cross correction method are proposed,and the control strategy is formulated to minimize the power fluctuation of the interconnection line of the multi microgrid system.The results show that the proposed operation control strategy can achieve the coordinated consumption of renewable energy and load distribution through the electricity interaction between microgrids,effectively suppress the power fluctuation at the common connection point,and improve the economy and robustness of multi microgrid system.
