| With the increase in the diversity of passenger travel modes and the increasingly fierce competition in the transportation market,railway transportation companies have gradually promoted the development of diversified business models.Due to its special functional nature,the railway passenger station has a large amount of passenger flow.If the commercial service of the passenger station is developed without disturbing the normal transportation function,it can not only reduce the waste of passenger flow resources,and increase the non-transportation income of railway enterprises;and It can meet the consumption needs of passengers on the way,and enhance the perception experience of passengers during the journey.However,the design of commercial services and optimization of spatial layout of passenger stations in my country currently lack relevant theoretical and methodological support.The commercial space of the railway passenger station is mainly served by passengers.Therefore,research on the optimization of its commercial layout should be based on passenger consumption,determine the optimization direction and theoretical ideas,and obtain a layout optimization method that is more in line with the consumption habits of passengers.The research of this article mainly includes the following 4 aspects:(1)Determine passenger consumption behavior patterns based on SOR theory,analyze passenger entry behavior and psychological state,and combine questionnaire surveys to summarize the stimulus factors(S)and related individual characteristics(O)that affect passenger consumption decisions.Among them,stimulus factors(S))Mainly include: the convenience of commercial facilities,the attractiveness of commercial facilities,and the overall service atmosphere of commercial facilities.(2)Analyze other types of commercial space,and make a differentiated analysis from the basic conditions of railway passenger stations,and summarize the commercial characteristics of railway passenger stations,and from the two dimensions of passenger demand level and commercial service content,the common business of the station The business types are divided,and finally,the layout of common commercial facilities is summarized according to the layout of different passenger stations.(3)Based on the stimulus factors(S)of passenger consumption decision-making,the optimization goals are determined as: the most convenient for tourists to go to commercial facilities for consumption,the highest degree of attraction for tourists by commercial facilities,the most comfortable commercial atmosphere of commercial facilities,and the establishment of corresponding indicators.Based on the 0-1 planning optimization method,combined with SLP theory and retail gravity law to determine the calculation ideas of optimization indicators,construct a commercial layout optimization model,and design a solution algorithm based on the simulated annealing algorithm.(4)Taking Shijiazhuang Station as an example,drawing a commercial layout of equal proportions with the help of AutoCAD software and briefly analyzing the status quo.The commercial layout optimization model of Shijiazhuang Station was solved through matlab software.After the optimized layout plan was obtained,the results before and after optimization were compared and analyzed,and it was found that each index was optimized to different degrees.This paper consists of 36 pictures,21 tables and 70 references. |
