Promoting the use of new energy vehicles in the field of public transport has become the first choice of all cities in the context of increasingly serious urban pollution and increasingly tight urban traffic resources.The state has issued a number of subsidies to encourage the use of new energy vehicles in order to better promote the application of new energy vehicles in the public transport system and realize the electrification of urban buses more quickly.More and more cities begin to use pure electric buses instead of traditional fuel-powered buses.Battery technology is not mature enough to cover travel because of the battery storage capacity that causes the electric bus mileage is shorter.The imperfection of the related facilities,especially the charging infrastructure layout is not enough to meet the demand of charging.The two reasons result in "range anxiety" problem limiting the process of the bus electrification.Therefore,it is of more research significance for the development of urban bus electrification to predict the driving distance based on the real operation data of electric bus and to select the location of charging facilities based on it.This paper systematically studies the location of charging facilities by analyzing the operating characteristics of electric bus,such as the classification of charging modes.Based on the existing research results,this paper further summarizes and improves the principles and steps of charging station site selection to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent modeling.The data used in this paper are from the historical data generated by the bus operation in Foshan City.In order to lay a good data foundation for modeling,it is necessary to process the data before establishing the prediction model of the mileage,because the collected data is more complicated due to the interference of real working conditions,mainly including deletion and average.In this paper,the factors that influence the driving range of electric bus are explored based on the analysis of battery characteristics and driving environment.In this paper,a detailed correlation analysis is carried out that SOC and the minimum cell temperature are determined as the most important factors to establish a multiple linear regression model of mileage.In this paper,an electric bus charging facility location model with the goal of minimizing the cost is established.The model is based on the established mileage prediction model considering the constraints of charging quantity,energy conservation,train number connection and construction budget.It uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem,which can determine the location and capacity of the charging station planning decisions and charging schedule operation decisions.This paper takes the selection of electric bus charging facilities in a certain area of Foshan City as an example,and finally obtains the site selection and construction scheme of charging facilities including the driving charging plan.The influences of vehicle driving range variation,battery degradation,implementation of different electricity price schemes and different mixing ratio with fuel vehicles on the selection of charging station facilities are analyzed.
