In recent years,the electronic function configuration of vehicles has become more and more abundant and perfect.The richness of vehicle configuration largely determines the performance-price ratio and competitiveness of vehicles.On the one hand,consumers continue to pursue new and rich vehicle configurations,and the configuration of the same model is gradually subdivided and differentiated.On the other hand,it makes it more difficult for the whole vehicle factory to configure different vehicle models differently on the vehicle production line.The bandwidth of traditional on-board bus also restricts its development.Integrating mature Ethernet in IT field into vehicle communication field will bring infinite possibilities for vehicle diagnosis.Therefore,basedon the advanced technology of vehicle bus communication-vehicle ethernet,and with the help of increasingly powerful vehicle diagnostic technology,this paper designs and develops a Research of vehicle flash configuration system based on DoIP.It provides a safe,accurate and fast solution for the complex vehicle off-line writing configuration of the whole vehicle factory.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyzing and comparing the characteristics of existing vehicle bus communication technology and vehicle diagnosis technology,it shows the technical advantages of vehicle Ethernet in the field of vehicle diagnosis.It establishes the scheme of applying the diagnostic technology of vehicular Ethernet to flash configuration,studies the requirements of the system,and establishes the direction and goal for the overall design of the system.2.The reference model of open communication system interconnection based on vehicle diagnosis protocol ISO14229 and ISO15765 is established,and the system functional framework is designed based on this theory.The whole process from establishing communication to message transmission is established.3.The platform of vehicle flash configuration system based on DoIP is developed and built.The preparation of hardware equipment integration is completed.Based on Vector tool chain,the system simulation model is established by Canoe,the ECU diagnostic database(Cdd)is compiled by Candelastudio,and the EOL coding configuration of production line is completed.Using Capl Language to Write System Security Algorithms4.The vehicle flash configuration system based on DoIP is validated on a vehicle platform.According to the specifications and test requirements,test cases are designed.The accuracy,rapidity and safety of the system are verified by specific vehicle configuration data.
