In recent years,the construction material supply chain system has gradually improved,and a complete information system has been initially established in upstream and downstream enterprises.On this basis,in order to achieve the goals of ensuring quality,ensuring supply,and reducing costs,supply chain-related companies need to build a supply chain business collaboration platform to scientifically manage the supply chain of construction materials,and realize the digitization of the entire supply chain business process.During the construction of the supply chain collaboration platform,the supply chain collaboration platform is designed in accordance with the ideal state of document circulation and serves the solidified business process.However,there are various types of construction materials supply materials,diverse business models,and different business rules and management controls between organizations.In the material supply process,for complex and changeable business scenarios,a large number of offline decisions are required to assist the business.And the actual business process cannot follow the supply chain collaboration platform.Meanwhile,the issue of cross-organizational boundaries and cross-information system business data interconnection and intercommunication is involved during the operation of the supply chain collaboration platform.At present,upstream and downstream companies focus on the digital transformation of the supply chain on the system docking.But from a technical perspective,it is difficult to solve a large number of heterogeneous problems between systems.This paper sorts out the online and offline business processes in the real business in the supply chain collaboration scenario,conducts scenario-based modeling of a large number of offline decisions in the business process,and analyzes the heterogeneity of business documents in the business scenario.Finally,taking procurement plan coordination as an example,the supply chain collaboration scenario is optimized.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Analysis of supply chain collaboration platform: the construction process of China Railway Materials and Trade supply chain collaboration platform from BCP to Smart Chain Collaboration Platform was analyzed,the construction effectiveness and the actual difficulties of each stage were analyzed,and finally the existing problems in the operation process of BCP and Smart Chain Collaboration Platform were sorted out.(2)Analysis of supply chain collaboration scenario analysis: the above problems were analyzed based on the scene meta-model,the ideal and actual process in the collaboration scenario was sorted out,process difference analysis were conducted;decision modeling in the collaborative scenario to make the offline decision process explicit was conducted;the semantics of business documents were analyzed,and the heterogeneous situation of business documents were sorted out.(3)Procurement plan collaboration scenario optimization: the functional positioning of BCP and Smart Chain was clarified,the business scope of the system were defined,the system functions of the collaboration platform were optimized;the business documents,redefined the semantics of the business documents were improved,and finally the online business process were optimized.
