With the acceleration of industrialization, global warming and frequent environmental problems, countries advocate reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.Logistics and distribution industry is also one of the main sources of carbon emissions. In the process of arranging goods distribution, enterprises should also consider environmental factors and consider carbon emissions from vehicle scheduling path planning. In addition, with the expansion of the city scale, the frequent occurrence of urban road traffic congestion and other conditions,as well as the city’s environmental protection requirements, various cities have introduced a lot of control measures for the distribution of goods vehicles, such as limited number, limited time, limited area distribution and so on.In order to meet the requirements of various customers, enterprises should not only minimize the cost of distribution, but also consider the factors of carbon emissions,so as to be environmentally friendly.Under the current urban distribution task,S company has three different types of vehicles, but there is no clear planning for the pick-up and delivery task of many distribution points, which leads to high distribution cost.In addition,it does not consider the factors of carbon emissions, and does not achieve green distribution. Therefore, for S company, under the goal of urban traffic restriction policy and minimum distribution cost and carbon emission, how to plan the driving path, integrate the forward and reverse distribution tasks, and complete the pick-up and delivery tasks of many distribution points is very important for the development of urban distribution after the enterprise.First of all, this paper combs the relevant literature of the research content, expounds the vehicle distribution path, urban traffic control and other related research, and defines the research object and method of this paper. Then, this paper analyzes the S company in this paper.Through the introduction of the enterprises, the distribution vehicles, products and processes are elaborated in detail, and the problems to be solved are clarified, that is,when the bagged cement is distributed, the carbon emission factors and urban traffic restriction policies are not considered, the distribution path is not planned, and the return is empty, etc.the reasons for the problems are analyzed.According to the above analysis, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the distribution points, and then the clustering results are adjusted according to the distribution volume of each region and the city’s traffic restriction regional policy, and the distribution points served by enterprises are divided into seven regions. In order to minimize the distribution cost and carbon emissions, the paper constructs the optimization model of multi model freight vehicle pick-up and delivery combined with distribution path considering carbon emissions.Using genetic algorithm and MATLAB to analyze and solve, and considering and not considering the carbon emission factors, the effectiveness of the model is compared and verified from the number of distribution vehicles, distribution distance and distribution cost, which has reference significance for the future urban distribution of enterprises.
