Promoting the development of urban public transport is an effective means to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.In recent years,the trunk network of urban rail transit and regular bus has been gradually improved,and the problem of solving the terminal travel of public transportation has been gradually paid attention to.Microcirculation bus and shared bike have become an effective way to serve the "last kilometer" travel for passengers because of their flexibility and high accessibility.However,the microcirculation bus and shared bike have similar functional positioning and overlapping service scope.The rapid development of shared bikes has caused the microcirculation bus to face problems such as decreased passenger flow,waste of resources,and poor operating efficiency.Therefore,under the influence of shared bikes,microcirculation bus lines are in urgent need of improving line service level,realizing effective competition with shared bikes,and jointly promoting the development of public transportation.In this context,the optimization of microcirculation bus routes considering the influence of shared bikes is studied in this paper.The main work includes the following four aspects:(1)The definition and route classification of microcirculation buses are clarified,and the characteristics of microcirculation bus route are summarized through data statistics and field investigation.The development of microcirculation bus and bike sharing is described.The characteristics of microcirculation bus and bike sharing are analyzed from three aspects: service characteristics,function positioning and the relationship between travel time and travel distance.Then the relationship between microcirculation bus and bike sharing is studied.(2)The survey method of combining RP survey,SP survey and orthogonal design method are adopted to design the questionnaire of microcirculation bus and shared bike travel.Based on multiple Logistic model,the influences of 16 variables,including residents’ personal attributes,travel attributes and weather attributes,on microcirculation bus travel choices are studied.The SPSS software is used for calculation and analysis,and the probability calculation model of microcirculation bus travel choice is established.The elastic analysis is carried out through the model.According to the results,the influence ways and degrees of various influencing factors on microcirculation bus travel choice are elaborated,and the influence of shared bikes on microcirculation bus is analyzed.(3)The microcirculation bus route optimization process is analyzed,and the microcirculation bus route optimization model considering the influence of shared bicycle is constructed.From the perspective of passengers and operators,the Bi-level programming model is constructed with the minimum total travel time cost of passengers as the objective function of the upper model and the maximum passenger flow of the lines as the objective function of the lower model.The constraint conditions are established from the route characteristics of microcirculation bus and the rationality of the model.Genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.In the lower model,based on the probability calculation model of microcirculation bus travel selection considering the influence of shared bikes,the line service passenger flow is calculated through the probability of microcirculation bus choice,reflecting the influence of shared bikes on microcirculation bus.(4)Taking Zhongguancun Software Park located in "Ma,Shang,Qing,Xi" area as the research area,the above model and solution algorithm are used for case analysis,and the optimization results are compared with those of existing microcirculation bus lines and microcirculation bus lines without considering the influence of shared bicycles,respectively,to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.(4)Taking Zhongguancun Software Park located in "Ma,Shang,Qing,Xi" area as the research area,the above model and solution algorithm are used for case analysis,and the optimization results are compared with those of existing microcirculation bus lines and microcirculation bus lines without considering the influence of shared bicycles,respectively,to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.There are 38 figures,25 tables and 63 references in this paper.
