Viaduct is widely used in urban rail transit.It is prone to have problems such as excessive noise and structure vibration,which will affect the lives quality of residents with a certain level.As a common vibration and noise reduction structure,the steel-spring floating slab track can effectively control the vibration and noise of structure.However,the steel-spring floating slab track is rarely used on the viaduct.Its vibration and noise reduction performance research is still not enough.Taking the viaduct as the research object,this paper studies the vibration and noise reduction performance of steel-spring floating slab track utilizing numerical simulation and field experiment,and related prediction methods.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The theories of structural vibration and noise calculation,numerical simulation method and evaluation index of vibration and noise reduction performance are introduced.The vehicle-line-bridge coupling analysis model and the bridge model with boundary elements are established.Before and after laying steel spring floating slabs on the viaduct,the characters’ changes of vibration and noise are compared and analyzed.The results show that the vibration and noise of the viaduct are effectively reduced by the steel-spring floating slab track.(2)The influence of train speed,floating slab parameters,steel spring parameters and shear hinge parameters on the bridge structure’s vibration and noise reduction performance is systematically analyzed.The results show that vehicle speed significantly influences vibration and noise reduction performance,and the correlations are not clear.Specifically,the vibration and noise reduction effects are enhanced while the thickness of the floating slab increasing.Shear hinges can effectively improve the prefabricated steelspring floating slab on the noise reduction performance.(3)The machine-learning-based regression computation method is used to explore the mapping relationship between the steel-spring floating slab track parameters and the vibration and noise reduction effect.A vibration and noise reduction prediction model are proposed.(4)The field test was conducted on Shenzhen Metro Line 6.The measured results and the simulation results are consistent with the analysis before,proving the validity and applicability of the simulation method and prediction model proposed in this paper.
