Color design has always been one of the most important factors affecting product sales.Although color design itself has certain regularity,the design has complexity and limitations.Therefore,intelligent algorithms are used to imply Computer Aided Industrial Design to product color design.Aiming at solving the lack of innovation of the generation scheme,the complexity of design steps,and the diversity of consumer needs under the research of product color intelligent design system,this paper proposes a method of product color design research applied on Generative Adversarial Network.Combining with the universal common link in the process of product color intelligent design,using the Generative Adversarial Network to learn the tendency of excellent product color design,training the generator and generating the scheme,and then constructing the color design scheme through the color stereo discrete points to filter the evaluator according to the demand.An innovative color design scheme generation system with certain reference value is constructed,and the method is mainly realized by the following parts.:The first part: generate product color design.The feature color extraction experiment was carried out with excellent product color design scheme.The extracted color coding was used as a learning sample,and the Generative Adversarial Network model was used for regular learning,and the product color scheme generator was trained.The second part: sorting,filtering,and selecting the generation plan.Through the quantitative methods in perceptual engineering,principal component analysis,clustering and other methods to screen the target image,and then through the neural network to establish the mapping between the image words and the discrete points of the color stereo,to establish a product color design scheme screening color scheme evaluator.The third part: using the generator and evaluator to build a product color design operation system,to obtain an image design that conforms to the image.On the basis of the theoretical method,the above system is built on the visualization system level concept.The user can quickly obtain the product color design scheme with high image evaluation value through simple interface click operation.The functions of generation,screening and interaction are realized.Finally,the color design scheme obtained is applied to the physical model,and the feasibility and applicability of the method are verified.
