In the context of the manufacturing power strategy of the Made in China 2025,China has vigorously promoted the breakthrough development of the manufacturing industry from all aspects.With the high-speed integration of technology,finance,design and culture,the perceptual function of products has also become a favorable factor for the promotion of enterprise brands,and the individualization of products has an important influence on consumers’ purchasing decisions,the demand for products depends more on customization and differentiation.In the face of fierce market competition,enterprises should not only keep pace with the times,but also pay attention to every link and step of product innovation.Based on the analysis of product image design,this paper puts forward a method of product image design based on Kansei engineering,combined with the theory of multi-disciplinary integration based on Kansei engineering,statistical learning,intelligent algorithm,machine learning,etc.,to design products that meet the emotional needs of consumers.In this paper,the automobile steering wheel is taken as the research object,and the main appearance elements such as shape,material and color are studied as the combination,an optimal design method of product appearance image based on Support vector machine regression and simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.First of all,the design elements are transformed by the method of engineering,and the qualitative analysis based on intuition is carried out on the basis of Kansei engineering theory,including the form of semantic difference and Likert scale And through statistical methods such as inductive analysis and cluster analysis,the Quantitative analysis can scientifically screen and identify the representative perceptual words.By means of cluster analysis and morphological analysis,the characteristic elements of product appearance samples and the target perceptual image words were obtained,and the product appearance image evaluation scale was constructed.Then,the product appearance image rating model is established by using Support vector machine regression,the image evaluation model is validated by using 10 fold cross validation,and the grid search is used as the method to select the optimal parameter value,the combination of three different parameters,kernel function and penalty factor,was used to determine the optimal model,and the correlation between product appearance image feature elements and target perceptual image words was obtained,grasp the emotional needs of users from various product factors.Finally,taking the model evaluation as the objective function,we use the simulated annealing algorithm to construct the optimal design of product appearance image.According to the nature of the simulated annealing algorithm,and according to the types of the product appearance elements,we set the appropriate initial temperature and cooling rate,the step length and other basic parameters,code the product state space,analyze,evaluate and optimize the product,verify the reliability of the result through the optimization curve of the target score,and develop the recommended system of the automobile steering wheel appearance optimization design.Based on Kansei Engineering,this paper quantifies the Kansei demand of consumers by qualitative and quantitative methods.The research results are more reasonable and scientific.Through the analysis of the perceptual image of products,the design pattern can be more in line with the user pattern,realize the ultimate goal of the auxiliary design,improve the design efficiency of new products,and apply the product design and research more effectively,it provides a new reference method and thought for the research of related product design.
