| Ground source heat pump system is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving air conditioning system which uses low temperature heat source for heating and cooling.The technology has been widely used in China’s building.This paper takes a large space workshop as the research object,and conducts a simulation study on the operation of its ground source heat pump system.Reasonable indoor air flow organization can reduce the energy consumption of the ground source heat pump system.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to build a research model of indoor air organization in large space workshop.By changing the air supply speed,air supply temperature,and air supply angle,the influence of different working conditions on indoor temperature field and speed field is explored.The results show that:in winter,when the air supply temperature,air supply angle are certain,the temperature and speed in the working area gradually decrease with the decrease of the air supply speed;when the air supply speed,air supply angle are certain,the temperature in the working area gradually decreases,while the speed gradually increases with the decrease of the air supply temperature;when the air supply speed,air supply temperature are certain,the temperature and speed in the working area gradually increase with the decrease of the air supply angle.In summer,when the air supply temperature,air supply angle are certain,the temperature in the working area gradually increase,while the speed gradually decrease with the decrease of the air supply speed;when the air supply speed,air supply angle are certain,the temperature in the working area gradually decrease,while the speed gradually increase with the decrease of the air supply temperature;when the air supply speed,air supply temperature are certain,the temperature in the working area gradually decrease,while the speed gradually increase with the decrease of the air supply angle.Reasonable operation strategy can not only reduce the energy consumption,but also ensure the long-term stable operation of ground source heat pump system.In this paper,TRNSYS software is used to build a ground source heat pump system simulation model.By changing the set point temperature of the heat pump unit and the flow rate of the circulating pumps on both sides,the influence of different working conditions on the operation of the ground source heat pump system is explored.The results show that:in winter,when the set point temperature of the heat pump unit is constant,the coefficient of performance(COP)of heat pump unit(COP_H)and the COP of system(COP_S)increase first and then decrease with the increase of the flow rate of the circulating pumps on both sides.When the flow rate of the circulating pumps on both sides is constant,COP_H gradually decrease and COP_Sincrease first and then decrease with the increase of the set point temperature of the heat pump unit.In summer,when the set point temperature of the heat pump unit is constant,COP_H and COP_S gradually decrease with the increase of the flow rate of the circulating pumps on both sides.When the flow rate of circulating pumps on both sides is constant,COP_H gradually increase and COP_S gradually decrease with the increase of the set point temperature of the heat pump unit.After determining the set temperature of the heat pump unit in winter and summer,according to the outdoor maximum(summer)or minimum(winter)temperature forecast results,determine the flow rate of circulating pumps on both sides to achieve variable operation.The results show that:in winter,COP_H and COP_Sincreased by 15.83%and 15.71% respectively compare with constant conditions.The COP_H and COP_S increased by 9.49%and 10.99% respectively in summer.The simulation predicts that the soil temperature decrease by 1.17℃at the end of 10 years compared with constant conditions.Therefore,when the ground source heat pump system is actually running,the variable operation can not only save energy,but also ensure the long-term stable operation of the ground source heat pump system.When the ground source heat pump system is running,the outdoor temperature can be determined by weather forecast,then change the flow of the circulating water pumps on both sides to achieve intelligent operation of the ground source heat pump system... |
