| With the rapid development of urban rail transit system,especially subway in China’s major cities,the role of subway in urban public transport is becoming more and more important.Some adverse effects of subway train operation,especially the adverse effects of train vibration,have become the focus of attention of subway operators,passengers and public opinion.The main causes of train running vibration and how to effectively eliminate or weaken the impact of train running vibration are urgent problems to be solved in practice.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of metro train running vibration,and points out that the irregularity of subway track is the direct inducement of train running vibration.It also analyzes the four main reasons for the irregularity of subway track,that is,the level,direction,height and gauge.Furthermore,the general maintenance methods and four kinds of special vibration reduction measures for eliminating track irregularity are put forward.Secondly,based on the actual situation of Nanjing Metro,the status quo of train vibration in Nanjing Metro is investigated.Through field measurement and household survey,the vibration level of vibration sensitive points in Nanjing Metro is divided into three grades:severe,common and light.And the corresponding vibration renovation scheme for typical sections is proposed while the foundation of comparative study was established.In this paper,taking the typical section of vibration problem-Nanjing Metro Line 1Xinmofan road station to Nanjing station as the research object,combined with the project overview and track structure characteristics of the target section,four renovation schemes are proposed,including adding rail oil lubrication device,replacing rail damping fastener,laying damping rail,and replacing steel spring floating slab track bed.Through the comprehensive comparison of the four schemes in terms of technical feasibility and economy,the scheme of replacing Vanguard damping fastener is finally selected as the optimal scheme to rectify the vibration sensitive zone.Finally,in the specific implementation of the optimized renovation scheme,the construction sequence,construction schedule,construction technical scheme,quality assurance measures and safety assurance measures are studied in detail.The vibration situation of typical sections before and after rectification is measured by on-site inspection,and the optimization is verified by comparative analysis of vibration conditions before and after the rectification which has proved the rationality and effectiveness of the scheme. |
