Design And Realization Of Monitoring System For Medium Voltage Converter

The medium voltage inverter has little impact on the power supply grid,excellent start-up and speed regulation performance,and significant energy saving effect.It is widely used in various industrial equipment that requires speed regulation,such as fans,water pumps,air compressors,and rolling mills.This article designs and implements a medium-voltage inverter monitoring system to meet the needs of engineers for data display,parameter management,fault analysis,program update and other functions in the development,testing,field debugging and fault analysis of medium-voltage inverters.The specific work is as follows:Through surveying the functional requirements of the monitoring system,the main functions of the monitoring system are summarized including user login,project management,real-time status display,real-time waveform display,fault analysis,parameter management,and program update;By analyzing the software and hardware structure of the inverter,the data that can be monitored and the data collection and communication methods can be obtained.The client/server structure is adopted as the software system structure of the monitoring system,and the monitoring system is divided into 8 modules according to the demand analysis results::user login module,project management module,real-time status display module,real-time waveform display module,fault analysis module,parameter management module,program update module,authority management module,network communication module;Formulate the communication protocol of the monitoring system and clarify the content of the communication frame.Finally,based on the research of Ethernet communication,Microsoft Foundation Classes and Multi-thread technology,each functional module is implemented based on the MFC single-document application template.
