| With the enlargement of the scope of local interconnected power grid and intelligent degree of development,the proportion of clean energy in power system,improve year by year,given large-scale clean energy for the whole power system is of great significance.Considering environmental protection and economic constraints of a variety of power generation resources coordination scheduling is the guarantee optimal operation of power system,realize the electric power industry is an important means of energy conservation and emissions reduction,based on particle swarm optimization(pso)and wind coordinate scheduling under the condition of guarantee power generation cost economy achieve a variety of power generation resources optimization scheduling,coordination and played a given target,hydropower and wind power clean energy to study is helpful to reduce resource to generate electricity emissions of carbon dioxide,promote green power system,low carbon,environmental protection work.Study how extracted from wind,water,fire power generation characteristics of power generation model constraint conditions,and based on this research coordination scheduling to solve the multi-objective function is one of the important concerns power system dispatching automation.Based on the power supply and demand condition of Sichuan power grid power generation resources distribution on the basis of the characteristic of wind power,hydropower and thermal power generation is taken into account,for a variety of power generation resources coordinated scheduling problem is studied.The main research content is as follows:(1)Sichuan power grid resource to generate electricity are introduced,analysis of the power grid load capacity,wind,water and fire are given three kinds of power plant operation characteristics and mathematical model,and the cost of power generation in all kinds of energy-saving dispatching mode was analyzed,and the understanding of the thermal power plant fuel pollution model,in order to establish wind and coordination scheduling model based on particle swarm optimization(pso)has laid a theoretical basis.(2)The proposed scheduling model considering network security and economic and environmental constraints,the characteristics of thermal power operation and the problem of pollution is analyzed,on the basis of smoke mathematical model based on particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,and power system as the simulation examples,to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.(3)Set up in accordance with the working characteristic of the electricity grid in Sichuan wind and coordination scheduling model based on particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,the reactive power purchase cost in three kinds of power plants,the active power purchase cost of wind power spinning reserve capacity cost and environmental cost,etc is applicable to coordinate scheduling is proposed on the basis of considering the cost of the model.Selection of Sichuan power grid power,hydropower and wind power plants to form a containing 10 nodes system simulation model system simulation examples,for different constraint conditions of coordinated scheduling problem to solve,and on the premise of consistent algorithm,the initial parameter setting of ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm simulation results of two kinds of contrast algorithm,to the convergence of the proposed algorithm,the feasibility and validity of research and analysis. |
