| Permanent magnet(PM)machines are widely used in engineering practice thanks to their high efficiency,Low loss,and low cost.There are many ways to improve the electromagnetic performance of PM machines.Changing the physical st ructure of the stator,rotor and magnetic poles of permanent magnet motors is an important way to improve the electromagnetic performance of PM machines.In this paper,electromagnetic modeling and analysis of the consequent-pole rotor PM machines(CPM)with different stator tooth structures are carried out,and the electromagnetic performance of CPMs and the surface mounted permanent magnet(SPM)machines with the same stator tooth structure is analyzed and compared.The simulated static and dynamic performances w ill be validated by a series of experimental tests,which can be better used in engineering practice.The main contents are as follows:Electromagnetic modeling of CPMs with equal tooth width is carried out,and the waveform curves of electromagnetic performance parameters such as air gap flux density,cogging torque,phase back EMF,electromagnetic torque,etc.are obtained,and compared with SPMs.On the basis of the modeling of CPMs with equal tooth width,analyze the unequal tooth(UNET)width stator,the E-core and C-core stator modular machines with equal tooth and UNET width,the Electromagnetic performance of CPMs and SPMs.Specific analysis and comparison of the electromagnetic parameters and waveforms of permanent magnet motors with different stator structures and different magnetic pole structures.The magnetic force line distribution diagram,the air gap magnetic density curve and its harmonic components,the EMF waveform and its harmonics are obtained.This paper optimizes the permanent magnet motor with a constant-width stator tooth structure,and carries out electromagnetic modeling and analysis.Studies have shown that changing the stator tooth structure has a significant effect on improving the electromagnetic performance of permanent magnet machines.Several permanent magnet motors with different stator structures,under the premise of equal permanent magnet quantity,compared with the surface mounted PM machines with the same stator structure,The consequent-pole rotor PM machines have better electromagnetic performance.Several consequent-pole rotor PM machines with different stator structures,compared with the CPM machines with equal tooth widths,the air gap flux density THD,Including EMF THD and Torque R ipple has become lower for E-core and C-core CPMs with unequal tooth.In this paper,the structure of the stator tooth width were optimized and achieved good electromagnetic performances,which can meet the needs of practical application of engineering. |
