The Study On Quality Management In Project Of New Platform Model Brought Into Car Body

As cost control of vehicle is becoming important,more and more auto companies begin to introduce the concept of platform,and one company also has different platforms for different product.For auto factory,that means mixed line production,and the change of quality management will be an inevitable topic.It makes a research to quality management in project of new platform model brought into car body,analyses and studies on it,and finally built quality management system suit to this project.After clearing the background and meaning of this project,this article study on following aspects:First,it builds quality management system for the project of new platform model bring-in car body.Base on the project management in project of same platform model bring-in body shop,this article analyses and summarizes the feature of project of new platform model brought into car body,especially the difference of manufacture,and put forward a suitable quality management system for this project.This system will focus on searching key quality index and the quality management plan for the key quality index.Second,it searches the key quality need and quality index for the project of new platform model brought into car body.From the perspective of user needs,by applying the principle of the analytic hierarchy process,it studies to gain the quality needs related to user needs,and to calculate scale of quality need by combining with statistical data.And then to construct the quality need and quality index matrix to obtain the quality index and its scale by applying the simplified QFD.At the same time,it studies to give the risk ranking of the quality index by analyzing the quality cost and time of project.Third,it develops quality management solutions for key quality index.The PDCA tool and Pareto tool are used to study the achievement of quality index and the solution of problems at different stages.The PDCA tool is combined with the project phase objectives to monitor the completion of quality index,and the Pareto tool focuses on analyzing the causes of the problems and discovering the ‘key minority’ to improve problem solving efficiency.By using FMEA it analyses and finds the risk of quality index,and then makes countermeasure to reduce the risk.
