| Geogrids are widely used in roads,Bridges and other major engineering fields in recent years as geogrids with the function of reinforcing geogrids,with light weight,good toughness,aging resistance,corrosion resistance,high strength and many other advantages.The application of geogrid in China is relatively late,and the research on the performance of geogrid is still less.Therefore,based on the research status of geogrids in China,this paper systematically studies the properties of PVC extruded composite filament with polyester industrial filament core and the geogrids made from the composite filament by special weaving method.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years to make a series of geogrid structure performance test results,a clear definition of the concept of the geogrid,category and application in engineering,and summarizes and discusses the types and functions of geosynthetic materials,tensile properties of geogrid and so on to illustrate the mechanism of action,at the same time analyzed the structure model and the engineering characteristics of geogrids.Secondly,the structure characteristics of PVC extruded composite filaments with different specifications of polyester industrial filaments were analyzed.By means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared,differential thermal scanning and thermo-gravimetric testing technology of PVC extruded composite filament polyester industrial filament core structure characterization,at the same time on the tensile properties of thermal shrinkage properties,and acid and alkali can test analyses,explores the polyester industrial yarn core PVC thermal shrinkage regularity of extruded composite filament and tensile fracture mechanism,and it is concluded that it has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and other engineering characteristics,and can be used as reinforced material.Again,to use polyester industrial filament core PVC extruded composite silk made "geogrid" special method way of industrial textiles and structure parameters and so on has carried out a preliminary attempt,and through uniaxial tensile test,the comparison of the raw material composite yarn twist,heat setting temperature on finishing,and test process of stretching rate,and many other factors,affect the performance of geogrid fabric strong stretching.Results show that with the increase of raw material fiber twisting the twist grille the post-processing of the increase of heat setting temperature,latitude and longitude grid fabric to the tensile breaking strength are bigger,then less elongation at break,and the tensile strength of the grating increases with the increase of stretching rate,and the same twisting structure type grid in the case of stretching rate increases,the peak strain will decrease accordingly.When the tensile rate exceeds 50mm/min,the tensile strength changes more slowly than when the tensile rate is 10-50mm/min.Finally,the single-node strength and the multi-node strength of the grid were compared,and the least square method was used to carry out the regression analysis on the joint strength data of the sample.It was concluded that the joint strength of the grid had significant directivity,and the strength of the meridional joint was greater than that of the zonal joint.Under the premise that the grid is not destroyed,the increase of heat setting temperature can not only increase the strength of the grid joints,but also reduce the strength difference of the joints in the longitude and latitude direction. |
