| Bearingless switched reluctance motor(BLSRM)is a kind of new motor with intergrated drive and suspension,it combined bearing technology with a switched reluctance motor(SRM),it not only has the advantages of bearingless motor without mechanical wear,long service life,compact structure,large output power,no lubrication,and so on,but also inherited the SRM’s advantages of simple structure,low cost,low loss and strong fault tolerance.However,there exists shortcomings of large torque ripple,large noise and so on,so it is necessary to optimize design this type of motor.In this paper,a series of studies for the problems of the large torque ripple and small starting torque that exist in the 12/14 hybrid stator pole BLSRM.The main work is as follows:First of all,the structure and principle of the 12/14 hybrid stator pole BLSRM are studied,and to solve the problems of small starting torque and large torque fluctuation of 12/14 hybrid stator pole BLSRM,a stepped rotor structure is proposed,and initially designs the BLSRM made up by the stepped rotor.Secondly,in order to further increase the starting torque of the stepped rotor BLSRM and reduce the torque ripple,the paper studies the particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO),and its shortcomings are improved,and the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed,which verifies the validity of the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then,in order to improve the optimization efficiency of the stepped rotor BLSRM,the response surface method is used instead of the finite element calculation.By constructing the mathematical model,the relationship between the optimization variables and objective function,the constraint conditions is obtained.Then the mathematical model and simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm were combined to optimize the stepped rotor’s structural parameters of the stepped rotor BLSRM.Finally,in order to verify the validity of the stepped rotor BLSRM,using finite element analysis software to analysis the basic characteristics of the original 12/14 hybrid stator BLSRM and the optimized BLSRM,including inductance,torque,suspension force and coupling characteristics.The analysis results show that the stepped rotor BLSRM has the self-starting ability and can reduce the torque ripple.In addition,the basic characteristics of the stepped rotor BLSRM in the case of eccentric rotor are also analyzed. |
