Because of the simple and reliable structure and good utilization of low quality heat source,thermoacoustic power generation technology has been paid more and more attention in the field of new energy power generation,especially in the application of high reliability and light quality power generation.In the acoustic electronic system,because the traveling wave property of acoustic wave is matched with the reciprocating motion characteristics of linear motor,the valid application of linear generator in the conversion of acoustic energy to electric energy has become one of the research hotspots in this field.Firstly,according to the mechanical characteristics of the thermoacoustic system,this designed a linear motor with rated power 15 kW,using the tangential permanent magnet field cylindrical linear motor structure,respectively on the number of pole slots,main dimensions,the structure of stator and rotor,winding design and spring elasticity coefficient are calculated and designed,then the main dimensions of the motor are basically determined.Secondly,the finite element software ANSYS MAXWELL was used to make the model of the motor,and the simulation analysis of the model was carried out from the aspects of subdivision and magnetic density,and the basic performance of the motor was verified.In addition,the positioning force of the motor is and optimized,and the positioning force of the motor is optimized from the aspects of the pole arc coefficient,the structure of the side of the slot and teeth and other aspects.Thirdly,to increase the power density.It focus on the problem of unbalance of three phases emf due to small stroke and high speed reciprocating of the motor in the design.To solve this problem,two solutions have put forward,which are changing the number of phase and increasing the number of unbalanced phase turns.Then the load simulation analysis and starting force analysis of the two solutions are compared to find the best solution.Finally,according to the characteristics of the electromagnetic field analysis of the linear motor,the copper and iron loss of the motor load during operation is simulated,and then the performance parameters such as efficiency and power density are calculated according to the loss.The influence of core material on core loss and efficiency is analyzed,and the core material of motor is determined after analyzing a variety of core materials.
