As a special type of motor,the axial flux permanent magnet synchronous arc motor has the advantages of high thrust density and fast action response.It has both of characteristics of a rotating motor and a linear motor,and can drive the load to rotate in a fixed angle.Because the installation space is limited,an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous arc motor is designed in this thesis.On its basis,the equivalent radius is adopted to simplify the 3D finite element analysis to 2D analysis.The optimization of the axial flux arc permanent magnet sychronous wing gate arc motor is by the comibation of finite element method and genetic algorithm.The thrust density of the axial flux arc permanent magnet sychronous wing gate arc motor is rasied,and the thrust fluctuation is reduced.The design,optimization and performance analysis of the axial flux permanent magnet synchronous arc motor is studied in this thesis.The thesis is divided into the following sections:Firstly,the current research status of axial flux arc permanent magnet sychronous wing gate arc motor at home and abroad are introduced.The design process of axial flux permanent magnet sychronous wing gate arc motor is studied.The inner and outer diameters of the motor determine the operating speed and thrust of the motor.The permanent magnet shape and size,length of air gap,equivalent radius of axial flux permanent magnet synchronous arc motor are calculated.Take this design scheme as the original scheme,and original scheme is optimized.Through the method of split ring,the equivalent radius of the motor is calculated,and the three-dimensional finite element simulation is simplified to two-dimensional,which greatly saves the time and cost of calculation and improves the calculation efficiency.The unequal-tooth-width primary structure and the spaced winding structure are used to optimize the thrust fluctuation of the motor,and the ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the motor with different auxiliary teeth and armature tooth width distributions to obtain the best auxiliary.The tooth and armature tooth width values be reasonably allocated,the thrust density of the arc permanent magnet motor increases.Finally,the axial flux permanent magnet sychronous wing gate arc motor is further optimized by using genetic algorithm.The optimization variables are the inner and outer dimensions of the motor,the pole arc coefficient,and the air gap length,the motor volume and magnetic load as the constraints,and the thrust density as the optimization objective.To optimize the flux permanent magnet synchronous arc motor.
