Whether or not to design high-quality and inexpensive products has long been an important means for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.The addition and expansion of robust design has strong vitality and broad application prospects.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)In the first place,briefly describe the current research status of robust design methods,divide the existing robust design methods into two types,and conduct a certain analysis to show the characteristics of each robust design method,and then conduct a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these robust design methods,Determine the robust design method that will be used in this article,and then explain the research status and advantages of the combination of robust design method and other design methods,reflecting that this approach is feasible and effective.The proposed robust design method plays a certain guiding role.(2)The value range of the resolution coefficient given in the grey system theory tutorial is(0,1),but usually only 0.5 is used.Later,most people have been using this empirical value when doing grey relational analysis.However,the value of the resolution coefficient will directly affect the value of the correlation degree,and then affect the modeling and analysis of the system.In response to this problem,this paper analyzes the meaning of the resolution coefficient and the relationship with the correlation degree,and summarizes the resolution coefficient.The key points that should be paid attention to when calculating the value,and a method for selecting the value of the resolution coefficient is given,so that the selection of the resolution coefficient has an objective basis.Then,in a specific example,the results obtained by the resolution coefficient selected by the given value method are compared and analyzed with the results obtained by other different resolution coefficients to verify the effectiveness of the resolution coefficient value method,which is based on gray correlation analysis.The proposed robust design method provides a theoretical basis.(3)It clarifies the problems of Taguchi robust design method and the characteristics of the gray relational analysis method,and then briefly describes the principles and steps of the Taguchi robust design method.Based on this,a robust design method based on gray relational analysis is proposed.Next,the robust design based on grey relational analysis and Taguchi robust design are carried out on the titanium alloy grinding process parameters,and a more comprehensive analysis is carried out from the aspects of data processing,calculation formulas and design results to verify that the robust design method based on grey relational analysis is reasonable It is more flexible and simple than Taguchi’s robust design.(4)Multi-dynamic shock absorbers are usually designed using the optimal design relationship for parameter design,and the optimal design relationship is based on the displacement amplitude of the main vibration system of the multi-dynamic shock absorber as the evaluation function,and then obtained through numerical analysis and curve fitting approximate design relationship,this design process is complicated.Therefore,this paper uses a robust design method based on grey relational analysis to propose a parameter design method for multiple dynamic shock absorbers.Using this method to design the parameters of the dual dynamic shock absorber,and compare and analyze the results obtained from the optimal design relationship,it is proved that the method is feasible and the process is clear,easy to understand,and relatively simple. |
