At present,the product design of most domestic machinery manufacturing enterprises is done through a graphical user interface.When the design result does not meet the performance requirements,the designer repeats the modeling and simulation analysis through design experience and structural parameter modification until the design requirements are met.Which increases the design cycle and development costs.Based on the industry-university cooperation platform,this thesis is oriented to the problems that the cooperative enterprises urgently need to solve.Focusing on the digital design requirements of mechanical products,using C++ language and APDL language to carry out the secondary development of Solid Works software and ANSYS software.Based on the VS2012 development environment and use C++ language to integrate the two.The automatic calibration method of mechanical product performance parameters based on CAD/CAE integration is studied.And the digital design system of FD430 friction clutch driven disc assembly is developed.Which verifies the feasibility and versatility of the method.Research shows that the use of this method can achieve rapid modeling and CAE analysis of mechanical products.And the performance parameter automatic calibration system of mechanical products can improve design efficiency and reduce the professional requirements of designers.The main research points of this thesis are as follows.(1)The development method of the mechanical product parametric modeling system is researched.Through the application development interface API provided by Solid Works software,the parametric three-dimensional model of mechanical products was established in the VS2012 development environment using C++ language.And the parametric modeling system of mechanical products was developed.(2)The parametric analysis framework is designed.And the development method of the mechanical product parametric analysis system is studied.Through the secondary development tools provided by ANSYS software,the APDL language is selected to establish the parametric FEA model of mechanical products.Combined with the background batch processing function of ANSYS software and realizing the parametric CAE analysis of mechanical products.(3)Analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of digital design methods for mechanical products.Considering the practicability and costs,the overall framework of the CAD/CAE integration scheme is designed.Which provides a reference for other software integration.(4)The automatic calibration method of mechanical product performance parameters based on CAD/CAE integration is studied.And the reliability of the method is verified through the development of the digital design system of the driven plate assembly of the FD430 friction clutch.
