Research On The Application Strategy Of Green Building Technology In The Protection And Utilization Of Historic Buildings In The Port Opening Area Of Small Park In Shantou City

The port opening area of Small Park in Shantou city is an area that intensively demonstrates the significant historical period where the collision of old and new cultures are endowed,is the protection and utilization of historical buildings and the priority among priorities in building reconstruction.Therefore,it is an indispensable charm of architectural cultural heritage in Shantou city.The Small Park area has been be general concerned in recent years.Certain restoration and protection work have been carried out to preserve its social and cultural memory for citizens,which is an indispensable mission with the aim to revive the architectural and cultural heritage of Shantou city.At the same time,green building techniques are the new technology for solving the current environmental and energy problems.Therefore,applying green building techniques to the protection and utilization of historic buildings in the Small Park area will not only accords with the development trend of green building techniques,but also brings new momentum to the development in this area.How to apply green building technology to the protection of historical buildings explored in this study from three aspects,namely,"availability","how to use" and "using effects" : first,to explore the applicability of using green buildings in historical buildings.On the basis of reading and collecting relevant foreign references and systematic comparative studies,the protection and utilization of green building technology researched the in small parks’ historical buildings with the comprehensive theory of construction history,architecture,environment and culture of Shantou small parks as support;combining the principles of existing green building technology and the requirements of contemporary social development for the protection and utilization of historical buildings,the principles of dynamics,integrity and environmental friendliness were proposed,and through compared the use of green building technology with traditional historical building protection methods,and summarized the applicability integration of the implementation process,technical strategy,and technical elements.Subsequently,the excellent practical experience of excellent domestic and foreign cases absorbed,and combined it with the characteristics of Shantou’s historical buildings,an effective protection system,green renovation technology and scope of renovation were proposed.On the basis of applicability,this article summarized and applied design methods of adaptive green building technology.Refine the application strategy,including the early intervention of the design method adaptive green building technology,which was conducive to the implementation of the overall plan to the protection and utilization of historical buildings and facilitates the coordination of various professional works.Based on the specific analysis of each strategy,the appropriate strategy for the application of green technology transformation of historic buildings summarized.Finally,taking the construction protection and utilization project of small park in Guoping Road as an example,goals of the overall renovation requirements and green technology were put forward,and the renovation strategies were formulated.After proposing the renovation plan,the software was used to simulate and evaluate the effect of green renovation,which verified the effects of green building technology.
