At present,most of the security monitoring system on the ship uses special embedded equipment and wired transmission mode,this combination system in daily maintenance and emergency use has great limitations,the urgent need to develop an easy to implement and maintain,and better expansion of the ship security monitoring system.With the popularization of modern intelligent electronic devices and Android operating system,as well as the continuous upgrading of wireless network technology and transmission rate,the implementation conditions for monitoring remote environment information using Android-based mobile clients are becoming more and more mature.This paper presents a ship security monitoring system architecture based on Android operating system,which designs and implements the real-time display of data collected by temperature,humidity,current,pressure,liquid level and other sensors using mobile clients,as well as simple interactive operation functions.Based on the STC89C52 microcontroller minimum system,the design selects The DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor,the CS1237 chip module,and the HC-05 Bluetooth module as the main hardware.This scheme design will be a route pressure,level,flow and other sensors output 4 to 20 m A current standard signal,and then through the CS1237 chip as the core of the analog conversion circuit output 24-digit digital signal,another route DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor output 40-bit temperature and humidity digital signal,with STC89C52 single controller control board as the core of the two data signalprocessed by the wireless network HC-05,the wireless network HC-05.The client of android platform gets real-time temperature,humidity,current,pressure,level and so on by connecting to the wireless network.At the same time,the scheme design realizes the interactive function of the monitoring system by sending control signals to the microcontroller on the client side.This paper introduces in detail the design and implementation of microcontroller system,data acquisition subsystem,data data subsystem and data processing method.Through the experimental test,the wireless network monitoring system proposed in this paper basically realizes the real-time monitoring of the remote environment,and has good expansibility and economy.This design scheme has the characteristics of convenient maintenance,flexible application,simple operation and strong compatibility,and will have a better development prospect in the field of ship security monitoring.
