At present,thrombotic disease has become one of the main causes of disability and death of patients.The formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is often secondary to vascular trauma,limb fracture,long-term bedridden and paralyzed patients after operation.The clinical treatment of deep venous thrombotic disease of lower extremity includes medicine,surgery and physical therapy.Both medicine and surgery have certain risks,and physical therapy has the least harm.Therefore,intermittent pulse therapy instrument has gradually become a research hotspot.In this paper,according to the impact energy and impact frequency produced by gas impact,under different conditions,different working effects will be produced.Reasonable matching of impact frequency and related influencing factors will generate different spike pulses.This kind of spike pulse can produce more impact energy than ordinary impact Based on this,it can be used to treat deep venous thrombosis and other diseases.Therefore,an antithrombotic treatment system based on spike pulse is proposed.The main research contents are as follows.According to the pathogenesis and prevention methods of deep vein thrombosis,combined with the principle of pulse therapy and the characteristics of the pulse output waveform,combined with the gas shock formed by the instantaneous release of gas during the intermittent inflation and deflation process,the resulting spike pulses have different effects on patients,so as to smash small thrombus and achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment.By analyzing the working principle of the system and the generation process of the peak pulse,the mathematical model of the gas impact is established.The pressure distribution curve of the gas impact is calculated by simulation,and the influence of different related parameters on the generation process of the peak pulse is obtained.Based on the principle of spike pulse generation,an antithrombotic therapy system with STM32 as the main control unit was developed.According to the function analysis method,the function composition and function requirements of the antithrombotic treatment system are designed,and the overall scheme of the system is designed.Through the prototype debugging of antithrombotic therapy instrument,the actual pressure curve is obtained by using the relevant software control interface,which verifies the best test data of producing peak pulse,and proves the feasibility and reliability of antithrombotic therapy system.
