| With the continuous growth of China’s highway mileage,the continuous increase of car ownership,the continuous improvement of road traffic infrastructure and the continuous development of Internet of things and other advanced technologies,it promotes economic development and brings great convenience for people to travel.But at the same time,the high traffic accident rate is still an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,aiming at the adverse driving environment of rain,fog and low illumination at night,this paper constructs a person vehicle road collaborative safety early warning system,and establishes a traffic system of prevention in advance,avoidance in the event and road optimization after driving in adverse driving environment.Firstly,the causes of road traffic accidents are discussed from three aspects of human factors,vehicle factors and environmental factors,focusing on the impact of rain,fog and low illumination environment at night on safe driving.According to the characteristics of three kinds of environment,the overall scheme of vehicle road collaborative early warning is formulated.Secondly,according to the system plan,gradually implement the specific content.The vehicle road collaborative early warning system includes environmental information collection and transmission module,early warning system control center and early warning app.The three modules realize rain and fog information collection,storage and push in turn.The environmental information acquisition and transmission module relies on the SWS series visibility weather phenomenometer distributed on both sides of the road to obtain the local weather status and visibility information in real time,and periodically transmits them to the early warning control center through wireless communication;the early warning control center analyzes,stores and manages the transmitted information,and pushes the early warning information to the driver’s installed pre-warning system In the Android mobile phone of the warning app,the warning app determines the driving direction of the vehicle and the distance from the rain and fog area according to the GPS positioning information of the mobile phone,and carries out text information and voice warning for the driver who is about to enter the rain and fog area,prompting the driver to slow down,drive carefully and turn on the fog lights in advance;for the vehicle that has entered the rain,fog or low illumination environment,the driver can It is necessary to use the real-time defogging and low illumination enhancement functions of the early warning app to obtain a clear vision and improve the driving safety of drivers.Finally,the function of each module is detailed.In the realization of video low illumination enhancement function of early warning app module,the essence of low illumination enhancement based on gray level mapping is discussed firstly.The advantages and disadvantages of low illumination enhancement based on traditional gray level mapping such as linear function,logarithmic function and power function are introduced.A low illumination enhancement algorithm based on arc mapping and adaptive gray level mapping is proposed.The essence of the enhancement algorithm based on arc mapping is 1 / 4 arc curve.Because of the smoothness of the curve,it can effectively prevent excessive enhancement while enhancing the low illumination image.The essence of the algorithm based on adaptive gray level mapping is to use the unique histogram features of each image and the characteristics of arc curve to determine the mapping curve adaptively,so it can enhance the image adaptively.Then the two algorithms are compiled in C + + and written into the early warning app.Finally,in order to further enhance the adaptability of early warning app to complex environment,an exploratory research on night defogging algorithm is carried out,and a night image defogging algorithm based on non physical model is proposed,and good defogging effect is achieved.The experimental results show that the whole system can obtain the weather and visibility information of local monitoring points,and push it to the mobile client of the vehicle driver who is about to enter the rain and fog area for early warning.In addition,the defogging and low illumination enhancement functions of the early warning app provide clear vision for the driver and ensure the safe driving of the car. |
