Many factors need to be considered in optical system design.The image quality of the lens and the tolerance tolerance of the system are the key factors to be considered.A low tolerance sensitivity of optical system,not only can enlarge tolerance range during the parts of tolerance design,to facilitate the parts processing,and can greatly reduce the processing cost of spare parts,at the same time to process engineer design when it is assembled with sufficient space,both to keep good image quality,and can reduce the production cost of enterprise,increase the enterprise competitiveness.Enhances day by day along with the people of on-board camera imaging(0.3 M to 12 M in the highest pixels),some scenes of key parts most fit clearance should be control within 0.005 mm,the requirements of even the best spare parts manufacturers,it is hard to meet,and this kind of lens production rate is often low,and there is no suitable rate evaluation model,the theoretical analysis and actual differ by more than30%,lost of practical guiding significance.Through theoretical analysis and process optimization of key optical parameters such as eccentricity,air spacing and tilt,the yield of the product is raised from 60% to 90% in this paper.In order to further improve product quality,the article introduced auxiliary car lens quality improvement,process capability indices and the lens image quality evaluation apart for a curve,peak,discrete three parameters,using technology to improve the lens of the field and discrete piece of CPK value from 0.33 to 2.22 and 0.32,respectively,up to 2.36,significantly improved the product quality lenses.Finally,according to the actual size distribution of key parts,and through theoretical analysis and practical verification,this paper studies the installation and correction technology for mass production.In the study of practical fitting models,the fitting models are optimized with the help of Monte Carlo analysis method with the help of Zemax software,and the final fitting models obtained are applied to actual products,reducing the difference between theoretical analysis and actual yield rate from more than 30% to about 10%,which really plays a role of theoretical guidance for practice.
