With the gradual increase in the density of maritime ships in my country,shipwrecks have occurred from time to time,and problems such as loss of life and property,environmental damage,obstruction of navigation,and loss of technical data may occur.Aiming at the problems of poor safety,difficulty in operation,and low work efficiency in the salvaging process of the buoy,the law of movement and the stability of the mechanical structure of the salvage buoy are studied,in order to quickly formulate a salvage plan for engineers or decision makers,improve salvage efficiency,and ensure the success of salvage work safety.In order to solve the problem of poor air-filling accuracy of the pontoon and the strength of the pontoon structure,based on the theory of potential flow,the Fortran program was edited according to the panel method to solve the additional mass of the pontoon,and the pontoon was meshed by the nested grid method to construct a spring approximation.The smooth model,dynamic stratification model and local redrawing model simulate the influence of the pressure change,the speed change of the pontoon,the change of the flow field and the wave motion on the pontoon under different working conditions,and a scheme of filling the pontoon is proposed.Based on the thin shell theory and the stability theory of cylindrical shells,the buckling analysis of the pontoon is carried out by the arc length method using two methods,namely,the specification check and the finite element check,and the ultimate load bearing capacity of the pontoon structure is obtained.In this paper,Fluent software is used to simulate the floating process of the pontoon,combined with the finite element analysis method to numerically simulate the structural performance of the pontoon body.The simulation results show that during the entire floating process of the pontoon,the remaining water in the pontoon is proportional to the external pressure received.Proportional and inversely proportional to the floating speed of the pontoon,the pontoon will pitch near the near-wave surface.The ultimate bearing capacity of the pontoon structure is inversely proportional to the sensitivity of the shell radius and directly proportional to the sensitivity of the shell thickness.The movement law and sensitivity nonlinear stability of the pontoon studied in this paper have a certain reference value for the movement control of the pontoon and provide data support for the advancement of the development of intelligent pontoons.
