| As a sophisticated weapon with precise guidance capability,the cruise missile has many advantages,such as good mobility,strong viability,improving hitting accuracy,good damage effect,strong penetration ability,etc.Therefore,cruise missiles have been widely used in modern local warfare and have attached worldwide attention.Rapid launching technology of land-based cruise missile is to shorten the preparation time for launching.The main technologies include rapid positioning and orientation,rapid leveling and erection of the equipment,etc.Among them,fast positioning and orientation refers to the process of initialization of inertial navigation system(INS)of missile before its launching,and the attitude alignment process of INS occupies most of the time.In this paper,the technology of fast dynamic alignment of vehicle-borne land-based cruise missile is studied.By analyzing the transfer alignment principle of moving base,the alignment scheme is formulated.Mathematical modeling simulation and related experiments are carried out,the accuracy and time of INS alignment under various dynamic conditions are analyzed and evaluated.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The working principle of strapdown inertial navigation system is introduced.Based on the working characteristics of vehicle-borne land-based cruise missile,the dynamic fast alignment method of land-based cruise navigation is discussed.(2)On the basis of determining the alignment scheme,the error model of dynamic transfer alignment of land-based cruise missile is analyzed,the alignment matching mode is determined,and a 24-dimensional alignment filter is designed.The dynamic transfer alignment algorithm is simulated and analyzed by designing different motion modes of launcher.The convergence time and alignment accuracy under different dynamic conditions are obtained.(3)On the basis of simulation analysis,the dynamic vehicle experiments have been completed by using two sets of inertial navigation systems with different precision.By using the integrated navigation results of high precision INS and GPS as the navigation references,the dynamic fast transfer alignment of sub-inertial navigation system is realized.The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by the experiments,and some suggestions on the excitation method of vehicle motion are given. |
