Tapered rollers have the function of bearing and transmitting loads in rolling bearings.Their main working surfaces are the basic conical surface of the cone and the large end surface of the roller.The roller conical surface is the main working surface,and its processing quality has a certain degree of influence on the vibration,noise,and life of the bearing.In order to achieve high-dimensional uniform machining of tapered rollers,this paper uses the double-disk straight groove circular grinding technology as the basis to carry out structural design and dynamic simulation optimization of the feed system of the new grinding prototype,and designs a set of suitable new grinding machines.Stable and efficient feeding system.Double disc straight groove grinding technology performs multiple cycles on tapered rollers.Among them,the feeding system,as the last step of the outer cycle,has an important impact on the efficiency and reliability of the entire outer cycle.In order to design a reliable external circulation feeding system to ensure the stable operation of the dual disc grinding prototype.This article has done the following work:Based on the tapered roller double-disc straight groove circular grinding technology,the movement characteristics of the tapered roller in the double-disc grinding area were understood.According to the form of movement,three technical requirements for the feeding system of this grinding method were studied: The material speed,feeding attitude and roller must not be scratched.Based on the above three requirements that the feeding system needs to meet,the feeding system is divided into several modules,several pre-selected schemes are designed for different modules,and then the pre-selected schemes are subjected to kinetic analysis.Based on the results of the kinetic analysis,the final selection of a final solution that meets the requirements.Finally,the detailed design of the optimal scheme is designed,and a complete machining scheme of the feeding system is designed.The machining scheme is described in detail in this paper,and it provides valuable information for the subsequent machining of the feeding system.The double-disk straight groove grinding technology of tapered rollers has the ability to achieve continuous batch processing of tapered rollers while improving the consistency of tapered roller dimensions.The design and optimization of the feeding system provides a strong guarantee for the stable processing of the grinder.At the same time,the new tapered roller feeding method has certain reference significance for the technological innovation of the bearing rolling body manufacturing industry.
