Current pavement repair materials are mostly cement materials,which have the following problems: long setting time,low early strength,and poor durability.This delays the opening of traffic on the road.In order to solve the above problems,this article uses metakaolin,water glass,sodium hydroxide,and cement as basic raw materials to prepare geopolymer rapid repair materials.First,an orthogonal experiment was designed to determine that the most obvious factors affecting the strength of the geopolymer mortar were the cement content and the excitation-solid ratio.Then,the geopolymer mortar is prepared by adding five different blending amounts(30%,35%,40%,45%,50%)cement and five different excitation-solid ratio(0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30,0.35)to prepare geopolymer mortar quickly Repair materials.In this paper,blank cement mortar is used as a control group to compare and analyze the basic physical properties of geopolymer quick repair materials,and test the durability(impermeability,frost resistance,sulfate corrosion resistance)of geopolymer mortar the study.Combine scanning electron microscope(SEM)to observe the internal structure of each group of test blocks,analyze the pore change rules inside the mortar;use Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)experiment to qualitatively analyze the reaction products of geopolymers;The reaction mechanism of the polymer,the preparation of a new type of geopolymer rapid repair material,and its application in engineering,provide new ideas for the research of the engineering application of geopolymers.The main research results are as follows:(1)For the blank samples of cement test blocks and geopolymers with different factors: The effect of cement content and rapid solidification ratio on geopolymer standard consistency water consumption and initial setting and final setting time is that as the cement content or rapid solidification ratio increases,the geopolymer standard consistency water consumption gradually decreases.The setting time(initial setting and final setting)is gradually extending.(2)For the blank samples of cement test blocks and geopolymers with different influencing factors: the cement content and excitation-solid ratio are related to the bulk density,consistency and mechanical strength of the freshly mixed geopolymer mortar(curing 12 h,3d and 28 d compressive strength and resistance The impact of the strength)is that the cement content or excitation-solid ratio becomes larger,as the cement content or the solidification ratio becomes larger,the consistency and fluidity of the geopolymer mortar will gradually increase;the volume density of the geopolymer mortar increases with the increase of the cement content,and the solidification ratio becomes larger.It increases first and then decreases;the mechanical strength properties of geopolymers increase first and then decrease with the increase of cement content or solidification ratio..(3)For blank samples of cement test blocks and geopolymer mortars with different factors: the maximum water penetration pressure of geopolymer mortar first increases and then decreases with the increase of cement content or hardening ratio;the mass loss rate of geopolymer mortar and The compressive strength loss rate firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of cement content or the stimulation-solid ratio;the freezing resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance first change with the increase of the cement content or the stimulation-solid ratio.It gets worse when it gets better.(4)Combined with infrared spectroscopy tests,it can be known that selecting a suitable cement content and excitation-solid ratio can promote the process of geopolymer reaction,and the addition of cement does not change the reaction product of geopolymer,and no new substances are found to be formed.The internal pore structure of the geopolymer was observed through scanning electron microscope experiments,and it was found that when the cement content was 40%,the internal pores of the geopolymer were uniformly distributed.When the excitation-solid ratio is0.3,the geopolymer mortar has the best compactness.
