| Due to the advantages of simple structure,low cost,low loss,suitable for ultra-high temperature,strong magnetic field and so on,more and more attention has been paid to the electrostatic motor.However,the energy density of the electrostatic field is much lower than that of the electromagnetic field in the conventional size,so the development of the electrostatic motor mainly focuses on the ultra micro structure.In this paper,the torque raising mechanism of conventional variable capacitance electrostatic motor is studied.This paper introduces the research status and development trend of electrostatic motor and variable capacitance electrostatic motor at home and abroad.According to the radial structure,the structure,working principle and performance characteristics of variable capacitance electrostatic motor are introduced.On this basis,a structure of the axial capacitor variable electrostatic motor is proposed,and the specifications of the motor are preliminarily determined.In order to improve the torque of the motor,four optimization schemes of the electrode structure of the motor are designed.The capacitance variation of the four optimization schemes is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Maxwell software.The motor torque before and after optimization is compared,and the best structure form of improving the torque of the single-phase axial capacitor variable electrostatic motor is revealed.The control strategy of the axial capacitor variable electrostatic motor is studied,which provides a theoretical reference for the actual control of the axial capacitor variable electrostatic motor.Then,the speed,power,dielectric loss,friction loss,winding loss and other performance parameters of the motor are analyzed and calculated.The temperature rise of the motor under the condition of steady-state temperature field is simulated by ANSYS Workbench software,and the heat resistance of the motor under ultra-high temperature environment is verified.Finally,the performance parameters of variable capacitance electrostatic motor under different conditions and electromagnetic motor under the same power level are analyzed and compared,and the applicability of single-phase axial variable capacitance electrostatic motor in the actual industrial field is verified. |
