With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the pressure of vehicle traffic at highway toll stations is increasing.On the one hand,traffic congestion at toll stations is serious,requiring more reasonable and effective staffing.On the other hand,the amount of traffic information for daily office work at toll stations is also increasing rapidly,and more effective information management is required.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the traffic flow forecasting and information management system of expressway toll stations.The main work contents and research results are as follows.(1)To address the problem of traffic congestion at toll booths during peak periods of highways,a recurrent neural network model is analyzed and a highway traffic flow prediction algorithm based on LSTM is proposed.The specific algorithm research is as follows: firstly,the basic principle of recurrent neural network and traffic flow detection technology are studied;secondly,the specific source of highway toll station traffic flow data is explained and the data preprocessing method is studied to prepare for the later data application;finally,the common traffic flow prediction methods are studied and their advantages and disadvantages are compared,and the validity of the algorithm is illustrated through experimental verification analysis.Finally,it realized the prediction of the same period of time data in the future based on the historical traffic flow monitoring data,and proposed the emergency plan decision-making method to provide a basis for optimizing the staffing of the toll station.(2)The MD5 encryption algorithm model is analyzed for the system password login security problem,and the system login encryption technology based on the improved MD5 algorithm is proposed.The specific algorithm research is as follows:first,the basic principle of single hash function is studied;secondly,the basic principle of MD5 encryption algorithm is studied and the algorithm is implemented;finally,this paper improves the MD5 algorithm and increases the difficulty of password cracking,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is illustrated through the comparative analysis of experimental results,and finally the effect of encrypting and saving the login password when logging in to the system is realized,and the process is irreversible.(3)In response to the problems of poor manual scheduling effect in the actual work of highway toll stations,the paper management is not easy to store,slow information query,etc.,the B/S architecture-based highway traffic flow prediction and information management system is designed and implemented.The specific approach is as follows: firstly,according to the actual needs of the highway toll station,the system is analyzed in terms of function and performance,and the system is divided into four modules of information management,duty management,log management and auxiliary functions.Finally,the system is tested for function and performance.The test results show that the system’s functionality and performance meet the requirements put forward in the requirement analysis.
