The micro-light sight is the main equipment for night combat,used for night observation and aiming,and is one of the important equipment for modern soldiers in combat,and its detection and evaluation are especially important.Most of the existing micro-light simulation technologies use incandescent and halogen lamps,which have the disadvantages of poor light uniformity,low illumination stability,low spectral matching and non-continuous parameter adjustment.Therefore,to carry out a flexible micro-array LED(referred to asμLED)based on the micro-optical sight detector light source technology research for micro-optical sight verification is of great significance.Based on the study of existing micro-light simulation technology,a micro-light simulation method based onμLED arrays is proposed;the need for 8μLED arrays with different peak wavelengths,a total of 48 pieces,is determined using split-peak fitting;the circular arrangement ofμLEDs is determined after Trace Pro software simulation;according to the performance testing requirements of micro-light scopes,a diameter of 60mm and a spectrum of According to the performance testing requirements of the microscope,a 60-mm diameter,380 nm~780 nm bandpass filter and an integrating sphere with an inner diameter of 300 mm and an opening diameter of 50 mm were selected;according to the parameters of the field of view,resolution and maximum aperture of the microscope,the field of view of the parallel light tube was determined to be 10°,the aperture to be 120 mm and the focal length to be 600 mm,and the Zemax was used to optimize the design;the control circuit of the light source was designed,which The light source control circuit is designed,including the STM32F103 as the core of the main control module;the multi-channel low-voltage constant-current driving method is proposed,and the driving control module and the light level switching module of the light source are designed.The human-computer interaction module program of the micro-light source system is written to realize the real-time continuous adjustable and light level switching of the micro-light source.Through system testing,it was verified that the system can provide four continuously adjustable micro-light environments with illumination levels of 1×10-1lx,1×10-2lx,1×10-3lx and 1×10-4lx~2×10-4lx,and the spectral range can be 380nm~780nm,and the light unevenness and light instability are less than 5%.In the laboratory conditions,provide continuously adjustable micro-light environment for the performance testing of micro-light scopes.
