Straddle monorail transportation is developing rapidly in China.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor automation and intelligent level in the current fine adjustment method of straddle monorail transportation track beam alignment,this paper designs a track beam precise adjustment device.The reliability,stability and safety of the equipment working on the beam affect the normal installation of the track beam,so it is very important to carry out finite element analysis on its structure.The main research contents are as follows:First,according to the straddle-type monorail transit track beam,the two-dimensional drawings and related parameters of the equipment are accurately adjusted to perform three-dimensional modeling in Solid Works.Import the 3D model into Ansys Workbench,and perform pre-processing work such as simplifying,defining materials,and dividing meshes to establish a finite element model of the equipment.Secondly,the static analysis of the finite element model of the straddle-type monorail transit track beam precise adjustment equipment is carried out.The working conditions for static analysis are determined to be emergency braking conditions and uniform motion conditions.The structural strength and rigidity of the equipment under these two working conditions are analyzed,and suggestions for improving the section structure of the boom are put forward.Furthermore,the modal analysis of the finite element model of the precise adjustment equipment for straddle-type monorail transit track beams is carried out.It is determined that the modal extraction method is the Block Lanczos numerical solution method.Perform modal analysis on the equipment,extract the first 8 natural frequencies and vibration shapes,and analyze the characteristics of their natural frequencies and vibration shapes.Finally,the response surface optimization design is carried out on the finite element model of the precise adjustment equipment of straddle monorail transit track beam.Select the section wall thickness of the structural parts such as the boom,the hanging basket,and the guiding leg as the design variables,and group them to construct the response surface model.The Screening optimization algorithm is used to find the optimal solution,and the optimization goal of equipment weight reduction is achieved.Perform static and modal analysis again on the optimized model.This paper verifies the practicability and adaptability of the equipment through the static and dynamic analysis and optimization of the structure of the precise adjustment equipment for the straddle-type monorail transportation track beam,and provides the basic conditions for the automation and intelligence of the precise adjustment of the track beam.
